Hotel a little far from the historic center but there is a bus at the door to the arena. Hotel has everything you needed for a good stay without any problems, in addition to the room being huge, very clean and with good linen, I recommend it.

The reception hall is beautiful, clean and very fragrant. The guy at the front desk was super nice. Fairly spacious room with slightly dated furnishings but the bathroom was new and complete. Excellent breakfast

The staff at this hotel are very friendly, great service! The breakfast is excellent. The restaurant and bar staff were great and the reception team, particularly Mario and Franco are a credit to the team! Would certainly stay here again. The hotel is in a great location, not too far from the old town and great restaurants

The hotel is very well located near the old tiwn of Verona. It has a spacius garage too. The rooms were very big , clean and had all necessary amenities. We asked for a baby cot and we had it thd very next minute. Staff is very helpfull and polite. Breakfast is very nice too with a variety of biscuits and crackers . Espresso or capuccino also available on request

Booked this hotel as no prepayment required and pay at the hotel through *********** for my daughter’s 21st birthday. The hotel tried to take £126 from my accounts straight away. I messaged the hotel on booking.con as I thought this was a mistake and I tried to explain I had booked as a pay at the hotel the hotel said they would take the money and keep it for up to 30 days despite the booking being a no pre payment booking. I have booked countless hotels this way and never had to pay any money up front before to be kept for up to 30 days. I’m really disappointed that I’ve had to cancel as my daughter picked this hotel for our trip to Verona which she has always wanted to go on.

A little far of a walk to the sights (35 minutes) but the free accessible parking makes up for it. Buses are available. Excellent room and staff.
