Great place In the perfect location!!!! Comfortable, quiet and right in town where you want to be. The Christmas market was a short walk , the Arena was a 5 minute walk, house of Juliet 4 minute walk. Its placed right in the best part of town with shops and things to do. The location can’t be beat. The room was cozy and clean. The host is great. Quick to respond when we needed him. Check in process was super easy. Would highly recommend staying here.

The location is excellent. There probably is no better location. The bed is comfortable, as are the pillows. There are extra blankets & pillows in the room. The room is very nice. The ceilings is very high. Windows on two walls allow great air flow. There is a small elevator so you don't have to carry your luggage up. Coffee & tea are always available in the room. There is a large kitchen to use if you want to cook and an enclosed patio if you want to sit outside. The host is great and very accomadating with checkin time. We will definitely stay again if we are in Verona.

Stayed her for one night whilst visiting Verona on route to a wedding. It was in a great location, and they were very accommodating. Room was lovely and the bed was super comfy! Also very kindly let us leave our bags for a while, so that we could have a look round Verona and grab some lunch. Great area to sit and have a coffee in the morning, all provided with the use of coffee machines. Will definitely be returning!

The best location for its price and a beautiful apartment. The host is friendly, responsive and quick to help. The rooms are clean, neat and large. Access to the building is simple and secure. I wish I could have stayed longer and enjoyed Verona even more

We spent 3-days at Art & Coffee while in Verona to see Carmen, the apartment was set in a lovely, quiet back street but only around a five minute walk from the Arena and other main areas. The room was quite spacious and quirky, the very large bed was extremely comfortable and very welcome after a long day seeing the sights! The information provided by the host was clear and we were able to access the building and our room very easily on arrival. Everywhere was very clean and we would definitely recommend this to anyone planning on a visit to the beautiful town of Verona

Excellent, central location in the heart of the arena district. Ideal for events, restaurants, museums
and shopping. This accommodation is quaint and comfortable, clean and friendly. It was over 30 degrees outside day and night during our visit which challenged the air conditioning system but the addition of a flooring fan kept our room comfortable. The location is still relatively quiet, dispite its central location. There is a communal kitchen area giving access to cooking facilities, plenty of coffee and tea making etc at all times. All rooms have nice high ceilings and are simply but comfortably furnished. There were shared and private bathroom facilities available.

Excellent central location, close to the arena, restaurants, and shopping district. Our room was large, airy, and comfortable. It was 30+ degrees outside and a large floor standing fan was provided to help supplement the air conditioning. All area were clean and comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit here and won't hesitate to return.

Adorable hotel. Decor makes me smile. Location literally couldn't be better. The host was friendly and offered us a second room for free since it was unoccupied. Shared bathroom was great - personal bathroom was very small. Only other negative was quality of the sheets was cheap. Otherwise a great place!

Excellent location, exactly in the center of Verona but despite this the environment is quiet and intimate. All the interesting points of the city reachable with a quiet walk. Cleanliness and discretion at the top
