A little dated hotel in need of maintenance. The room had walls full of cracks and in need of a good whitewash. Same thing in the bathroom. The very scruffy curtains. The cleaning is not exactly at the top. Not very comfortable bed. You don't expect everything in a 4-star hotel. Positive parking both above and covered with the possibility of charging electric cars. Friendly staff. Very good breakfast with a wide choice.

Spending a weekend at the Tiepolo Hotel in Vicenza is like living a fairytale. Every type of comfort, both for overnight stays and for breakfasts, lunches and dinners. All at the highest level of hygiene and cleanliness, attention and courtesy from all the staff, rich breakfasts, tasty and well-finished lunches both choreographically and in taste. All great! To return!

I state that we arrived at the Tiepolo Hotel thanks to a smartbox received as a gift years ago and that "a gift horse cannot be looked in the mouth". The staff at the reception, at the bar and at the breakfast absolutely impeccable, room on the 8th floor perhaps a little dated but spacious, substantially clean, quiet and with a very comfortable mattress.I also very much appreciated the presence of many useful sockets for phone and PC recharging. . The real flaw of the room is the tub / shower which is not very functional due to the presence of a small glass and unsuitable to avoid attaching the bathroom to each shower and the use of totally basic and low cost toilet paper that is not admissible in a 4 *. Breakfast varied and very abundant in the dessert with however also salty and fruit, cappuccino so-so. Ample parking also because the hotel is not close to the center.

I stayed on probably one of the hottest days in early May of the last 150 years, but ... I found that the air conditioner was out of order (and would only be repaired after two weeks according to the receptionist). I may have been unlucky but in a 4-star hotel it seems to me not a small lack. For the rest, I would say that everything is in the norm: clean, tidy, peaceful and quiet. The choice at breakfast is very good, both in terms of sweet, salty and fruit.

We stayed in this hotel for Easter and on Sunday morning we had the misfortune to have breakfast in this hotel: full of packaged products and of poor quality we immediately went to complain at the reception and they explained to us that we had breakfast where it was a foreign group for which special arrangements had been made with travel agencies, hence the poor quality of the breakfast. The next day without groups, breakfast was better with some homemade cakes, but certainly not of the standard of a 4-star hotel. Too bad for such a treatment, the room was instead valid

Decent hotel, dark rooms in my opinion to be renovated, cleaning ok, there are certainly 4 better stars, not worth the high season price. Breakfast to be reviewed, the hotel was very full and the staff, despite being very polite, were struggling to manage it. Parking not very large and not very practical.
