We had a great time what a lovely, clean city.....architecture was amazing. Hotel was a great location, friendly staff, will return!!

The hotel is located in the heart of the city. Near to everything by foot. The room was specious and clean. The breakfast was very rich and tasty.
All in all I highly recommend it.

Excellent and affordable. It was Mozart’s favorite hotel.
The service attitude is good. The blue candy at the front desk is super delicious. I want to know what brand of candy it is.
The location is very good, right in the city center, very close to attractions and shopping for luxury goods.

We had a lovely stay at Das Tigra, conveniently located to city centre . The breakfast was excellent .The only unfortunate thing was the Chambermaid staff did not pay attention to detail, eg requested non feather bedding but feather pillows were on the bed, Tea and hair products were not replaced daily.The cleaning of the bathroom was not up to standard. However the front of house staff were very attentive and remedied the issues . I would return if these issues are addressed.

The hotel was a perfect stay for our time in Vienna- walkable to all the shopping and dining and the Christmas markets! Loved the complimentary tea and water in the lobby everyday- the staff was so friendly and accommodating@ Especially Marcos- he was so wonderful and very helpful

Staff were great. Hotel is in a great location. Room very comfortable but maybe a bit too hot. If you had forgotten anything hotel could assist. Lovely little bar area. Umbrellas to use on rainy days. A great little hotel

The hotel rooms were clean and well laid out, beds incredibly comfortable and storage was adequate for the 2 suitcases we had with us.
There was a wide variety of breakfast selection, to satisfy any european or american needs.
plenty of restaurants nearby for meals after breakfast.
The staff were particularly helpful, friendly and approachable.
Not much communal space, with a small bar. Hot and cold drinks available in the communal lobby area which was convenient when returning or setting out, and a variety of sweets.

All as described, very helpful staff and flexible when requested to have the room for few extra hours. This much appreciate as my daughter fell ill.
Perfect location for central Vienna.
