Check in and check out process was smooth. Front desk was friendly. Room was clean. Well equipped kitchen. Location wise, it's located on top of the Blackcomb village, it's about 8 mins ride to restaurants or supermarket. Parking was 22 CAD

Overall, it’s a great experience - nice space and kitchen. Good view and location. Just the checkout was a bit delayed and the parking cost was not cheap.

There is no sliding in and out, you have to take the bus down, take the cable car up the mountain, and come back. It's a cold day, waiting for the bus.

Everything is acceptable. Probably because of the epidemic, it can be seen that many of the employees are inexperienced newcomers. Although they are hardworking and enthusiastic, their work efficiency is not high during peak hours and errors may occur.

It is a nice property with the pool and spa but because of the lack of snow we couldn’t do the ski in/out so taking the shuttle daily wasn’t great and the property is isolated. Other than that the apartment was nice but dated and it didn’t smell great. Staff was lovely and helpful

Good location and convenient property. Its a hustle to take the bus every day back and forth with all the equipment if the ski in out path closed due to less snow. Outdoor hottubs were great. First suite we were assigned had a bad smell so they changed it right away. Staff was amazing.

The property is old and needs some major renovations. The sofa beds are not conformable for two adults.

The garage clearance level is very low. The clearance sign is hang out of level, one end is higher then other. When you drive into the garage towards the key reading unit, you pass the clearance sign from its higher end which makes you feeling you passed the clearance, falsely. No mirrors, no audible signal to warn you. The gate start closing while you are still driving through, scaring you and making you harry up so no time to look around to make sure you are cleared to go.... and a security camera captures the video from the point where nobody can see what really is going on, just the tail of your car. They protects themselves, but they do not care about YOUR car and your safety.
After my cargo box was nocked down, they did nothing to help us, just made sure that their video doesn't show what happened at that moment. They nicely offer me to send the broken box to me residency if pay for the delivery. Poor, chip, rude. Will recommend everyone do not chose this hotel.
