Overall a very nice, clean place. The bed was a bit uncomfortable. Breakfast was so-so. Great tv in room. Bathroom was basic.

I would call in advance to double check if the room you are booking is actually available. After driving long hours only to reach the hotel and find the room I booked was not available. I booked a double queen room and was placed in a 1 queen room with a couch. Room was clean, but missing soap and extra sheets/pillows. Manager was rude/blunt and unable to accommodate or provide additional compensation for the mistake. Hotel itself is fine, just the details around it made our stay complicated.

Very pleased with our stay for the Thanksgiving holiday. I really like how nice and clean the hotel was. This is my go to place when I’m in Wilson visiting my family.

We had to take a shower at family members house, I complained about the bathroom not having hot water no one responded to my complaint or message I left

Water pressure and temp in shower was changing by itself, constantly. From warm to cold about every 5 seconds. Other than that it was a great stay.

The hotel is clean and everyone is very nice. We loved the front desk clerk and her kind smile. We bought dinner at Pito’s Pizza across the parking lot and walked to pick it up. The breakfast buffet was amazing. I have only one take away. The bed in room 311 is very hard and uncomfortable. I would suggest a new mattress most definitely. Thank you for all of your kindnesses .
