The management of the property was very accommodating. Manager Katy or Katie went above and beyond satisfying reasonable requests. Not only for myself but I have witnessed this for other guests. The level of patients, professionalism, and communication was impressive. I did not have any complaints during my stay. I was able to enjoy myself in a peaceful setting. I would and will definitely choose this location in the future. Extended stay, thank you for the room and the staff to match the positive environment.

Hotel staff was friendly. Card key device wasn't working at the front desk at check in. Found and killed 4 bugs in our room. Shower doors still had water stains from the last person who used them.

Had to wait 20 minutes for the front desk clerk to show up so I could check in. When she finally showed up, she was quite rude (didn’t smile, was abrupt, didn't acknowledge me at all). Hallway and elevator was dirty and there were bugs in the shower and on the ceiling.

This was was a decent stay at best, our room was alright but the hallways smelled bad. There was no one at the front desk most of the time.

We booked a room for 3 people. There were not two beds available, but there was a bed, with a pull out sofa available. The pull out sofa was full of crumbs, etc. and did not even have a sheet on the mattress. There was no toilet paper when we checked in. We killed two roaches while were were there.

We stayed on the 3rd floor it smelled of pot pretty bad. We also had the people next to us that had music going until 1:30am and it was pretty loud. We did call and they talked to them but I don't think the people in the room cared because it just went on again. The workers were very friendly.

Absolutely not. They first told us they were all booked when we got there which was never communicated (we had a reservation), but then an entire cheer team and wanted their money back while we were getting ready to leave. We booked a room they were planning to stay in and later found out that it was because of bed bugs. The smell was horrible inside the hotel, towels laying in the halls on the floors and what looked like homeless people going in and out of the hotel. Worst experience ever with using a third party site. The hotel looked clean in the pictures, but very clearly was not. Had to end up rebooking somewhere else and are really hoping to get our money back from ******* although it was a non refundable room.

The room that we were assigned had bugs, dirt, and toilets had not been cleaned in a long time. Sink also had old food in it.
