Ganz nettes Hotel. Leider nichtmal Zahnpasta im Bad. 9ch erwarte nicht viel aber... Das ist schon in günstigeren Hotels normal.
Und 0.5l Wasser für 2 Personen ist auch sehr geizig.
Denke für über 100 Euro die Nacht kann man 2l Wasser erwarten.

- very centrally located hotel in downtown Wuppertal with modern decor however: - service is terrible to non-existent - on second night, returned to my room in the evening to find that room had not been cleaned and all towels were on the floor - called reception --＞ reaction = no apology, but a weird statement that the "cleaning girls" are sometimes not reliable - asked, if I could have at least a set of fresh towels --＞ reaction = will have to check - 10 min later, returned with 1 towel as staff couldn't find anything else in summary: unacceptable - will never return

A modern building, very nice rooms, large buffet breakfast choice. Our room looked out over Wuppertal, as the hotel is on a hill. It is five minutes walk from the nearest “Schwebebahn” (monorail) station. It has five free parking spaces, but there is an underground car park very close. Very friendly reception, and convenient lifts. I’d recommend it highly.

Really liked this hotel, I’m so glad I picked it as the alternatives I had looked at in Wuppertal would have been nowhere near as nice or convenient as this one. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and I couldn’t have asked for a better location.

Nice hotel in good location. Large room and bathroom, Very comfortable bed and I had a great night sleep. Good breakfast, only negative was terribly slow internet connection which was basically unusable.
Parking outside hotel at 6 Euro for 24hrs and you can come and go as often as you like. Would certainly stop again.

Lovely location, excellent rooms, decent breakfast. But their booking system is useless. Every time I have been there, it took them ages to find me in their system. And while the male reception staff is at least helpful and friendly, the female ones tend to be horrible.
