very good location and very good price! Less than one hour to Tokyo by train. And a lot of restaurants around the hotel.

The location is great being very close to Kannai station, the room was clean if small, the price was reasonable and the Wi-Fi was OK. I had two issues during my stay:
1. During my check in, the staff kept asking me if I wanted to leave my luggage. I had no idea where this was coming from and I said I’ll take my luggage to my room. They asked me about two more times if they could keep my luggage. After this, I said no I had no luggage even though I literally had it next to me. Then they said “Ah OK, we apologize for our misunderstanding” and then gave us our key. What was this all about?
2. They don’t allow you leave your luggage after you check out. In all my life, this was the only place that had this policy.

It's closer to the tram stop than I thought.
There is a convenience store nearby,
There was only one washing machine, so I had to go to the laundry outside when I couldn't wait.
No luggage storage is allowed upon check out. . . To be honest, it's a bit too harsh, but I won't say anything about other people's rules.

I have never seen such a dirty hotel since I entered Japan. The box where the tissues are placed is a black artificial leather box. The seams where the tissues come out are very thin. You can imagine that with so many people reaching in to get the tissues, will they be clean? The refrigerator is noisy. I hope it's just the room I live in and not others. Post some photos, especially the gap between the refrigerator and the table, the dust, haha
