Good location if you want to be near the bus stop and you are in Zagreb for day trips. Nice luxurious room. Breakfast is a let down with a service staff having a bad morning as always.

Have to be honest about reviews of this hotel, everything was good, like location, breakfast, reception, rooms…but one thing I can’t stand for was cleaning room service…they put back the towels was in floor that I used to the rack with new towels and the stuffs on vanity was messed up around. Because it was a dusty towel I noticed right away when I stepped in the bathroom when I came back from outside. I was disappointed the person cleaned the room. That’s why I have to write the review on here hopefully the hotel manager will solve this problem to make sure it doesn’t affect to good hotel business

Extremely Helpful and Friendly Staff. Very clean and nicely decorated hotel. Great air-conditioned rooms, essential on very hot days. Highly recommended!!

The rooms were clean, quiet, comfortable, and spacious. The location is about 2 miles from the center of town and on a busy street which is not ideal; However, transportation is close by, easy to navigate, and the buses run frequently.

The property itself was really cute, clean, and had friendly staff. It’s located right beside the tram and bus station so it’s easy to get to the town center and other areas in Zagreb in about 10-15 minutes.
The rooms themself need better air conditioning. It go really hot and humid which made it hard to be in the room for long periods of time and sleep. It was too noisy to have the windows open at night.

We had a really rough stay. Apparently the hotel has disabled temperature control in the rooms and our air conditioner could not be used because the hotel was on “heat mode”. Our room was about 90 degrees and there was no solution given except to open the window. Unfortunately our room was on the first floor so this was both unsafe and loud. We left it open until we tried to sleep but eventually had to close it for security. Pretty miserable night with not much sleep. Management had no solutions.
