I understand that the rent in Zermatt is very expensive, and an apartment is the most expensive room in my entire trip to Switzerland. However, the service and hygiene are very disappointing in all aspects. The most important thing is that the pictures on your website constantly mislead guests. I thought I was suffering from the high price. You can enjoy the spa in the room. Please cancel these photos immediately｜Please also pay attention to a notice posted in the kitchen. Many fines are very high. Please pay attention to cleaning the garbage. I don't want to come and charge your credit card for the fine.

Staff are friendly. We were able to see the Matterhorn from our room, and we were very happy to spend time on the veranda.
