Of three regional ski areas, Deer Valley is for skiers only, while Park City Mountain Resort and The Canyons are both snowboarder-friendly. Sleigh rides, bobsledding, and snowmobiling are a few of the other winter sports. In the summer, visit a historic mine, go fly-fishing, hike, bike, skateboard or, for an extra thrill, ride the Alpine Coaster and sled down the Alpine Slide. This town also hosted many 2002 Winter Olympics eventsluge, ski jumping, bobsled, nordicand whether it's winter or summer, Utah Olympic Park offers a combination of spectator sports and participatory ones, plus daily tours.
