Hotel bien pero hacen cargos extraños después del check out, como decir que faltan toallas al final del hospedaje, fuimos 4 huéspedes y el hotel dejó 5 toallas, la quinta toalla nunca se usó y al final de la estancia hicieron un cargo argumentando que faltaba una toalla?, incómoda situación, no volvería a este hotel

El personal trata de realizar su trabajo bien, al llegar para registrarnos nos dieron una habitación de nivel inferior a la que reserve, tuvimos que regresar a recepción para que la cambiaran, pero me dijeron que esperara 30 minutos. Como teníamos prisa solo nos cambiamos la ropa y nos fuimos. Al regresar ya nos habían asignado la otra habitación, pero había toallas, ni cobijas extras, cuando se reservó para 4 personas. Solicite las toallas y no habia, estaban secándose, la señorita de recepción muy atenta, disculpándose por los inconvenientes. Había cafetera, pero no café, solo vasos y agua. No regresamos nuevamente
