CITY PREMIER HOTEL APARTMENTS - Dubai *Location: (5/5) about 5mins walk from the station (Business Bay Station). 12-15AED taxi ride from Dubai Mall/Burj Khalifa. *Reception/Check-in: (1/5) We arrived early, like 7am, and asked if we could leave our luggage as we explore the city. The hotel's official check-in is at 3pm. We were told they'll have a room ready before 3pm so we can come back around 12pm. Which we did. Past 12pm, I spoke with the same male receptionist in the morning and was told to wait as they prepared our room. And we waited. WE WAITED TILL 3PM! We wasted more than 2 hours waiting at the lobby! We had no problem coming back after 3 pm. I understand you're busy. I get it that locals have to be catered first. BUT don't tell your guests they can check in before the official time if you can't deliver. As a paying customer, IT IS ABSOLUTELY, NOT COOL. *Room: (4/5) It is spacious. 2 toilets, a washer, full kitchen. The bathroom is a bit old, but clean. The room has an IRONING BOARD, BUT NO IRON. Adapter is available upon request at the reception. They refill your bottled water in the room and make the room every day, which is a plus. *RESTAURANT: (4/5) Breakfast was OK. The staff were GREAT! They were attentive to all guests not only to selected guests. KUDOS to the crew at the restaurant. *AMENITIES: (3/5) Too bad we had limited time in Dubai. We weren't able to make use of their pool and sauna. It's on another building (parking area) accessible through a bridge. The staff were accommodating and allowed us to check the area.

Number one tower hotel the location is very good and from here you get a great view of Burj Khalifa and sheikh zayed road.Front desk Staff are so helpful and they took very good care every guest stay there. Room are so speacios and well cleaned . Especially thanks to Orpa from reception for all time making my stay comfortable

I'm coming first time millenium atria Hotel. The hotel is excellent!!! Especially thank you very much housekeeping services by Mohammed Rasel. The cleaning is very good, room is beautiful . And also like swimming pool and gym area. I like that hotel is near dubai mall and I can get there easily. Thanks to reception, they always can solve all kind of my request. And the room is very big and comfort

It is a good place. However, they have shut down their kitchen which has put an end to the entire vibe of this place. This place used to give the feeling of an apartment more than a hotel, which wouldn’t be the case anymore, and which is why we probably wouldn’t go back there anymore.

It was perfect. Lovely spacious apartment. All amenities included. Great view. And the recreation area with the pool, just heaven. Very convenient location! Dreaming of coming back again!!!♥️

Went for Arabic night, wonderfull food, choice of salad, chicken moussakhan, okra beef, one of the best chicken moulakhiya I ever had in Dubai, Chef is preparing fresh kebab like lamb kofta and shish tawook which is fresh and delicious, we will sure come back and also we will try Indian night also one day, staff is very polite and friendly thank you so much all.

I approached my stay at Two Seasons in Dubai with great anticipation, especially for the Spa and Therapy sessions. Unfortunately, the reality fell short of my expectations. Firstly, I was not made aware that the spa was closed for renovations – a disappointing surprise that lasted for two long months. My stay was further marred by the unexpected floods that drenched our rooms. Despite repeated requests for room service to address the situation, our pleas were largely ignored, leaving us in discomfort. For half of our stay, we were unable to use the pools or saunas due to these issues. To add to our woes, the room service team forgot to clean our room when requested. Moreover, we had to keep our windows perpetually open to mitigate a constant sewage smell, which was far from ideal. Given these series of unfortunate events, which significantly affected the quality of our stay, I would find it reasonable to seek some form of reimbursement or compensation from Two Seasons. A stay at such a reputable establishment should not be accompanied by these oversights and inconveniences.

We stayed for 1 week and were impressed with both the hotel itself and the service. An incredibly friendly staff fulfills every guest's wishes. The hotel offers a beautiful roof terrace with a pool and the views from the balconies of each room are impressive. A big thank you for the most beautiful stay in a beautiful apartment and for the perfect and friendly service goes to Aminu! Definitely recommend for a nice stay in Dubai!

We had a one bedroom suite with a kitchen with sea view. It was very well equipped, with dishwasher and washing machine. Very comfortable bed. Very clean on arrival and cleaned every day with fresh towels etc. The hotel has excellent facilities - large restaurant area, gym and swimming pool. Breakfast choice was superb. It is very well located - short walking distance to the Tram (Palm Jumeirah station) and the monorail to the Palm. Most notably are the hotel staff who were always welcoming, polite and helpful -especially Main at the hotel reception who was very helpful when we needed a doctor

Tastefully designed residence with a prime location next to a mall where you can find anything you want! It’s also a 10-15 minute walk from the beach bars where vibes are immaculate. The beds are comfortable and even the hallways smells great. Extra points for helping me fold my pajamas when servicing my room!!
