I came here on a business trip with my husband and children. The hotel environment is very good, the front desk service is particularly good. Because the room was full due to the exhibition, they took the initiative to upgrade to a suite. The hotel breakfast does not have many varieties, but it is delicious, the fruit is very fresh, and my husband and children especially like the swimming pool and billiard room.

This is our 3rd time staying at this hotel We used 3 bedroom apartment. For sure there is a strong reason for continuing to book at this hotel. I shared before in 2 separate posts the excellent location and facilities and above all the warm hospitality. This time I have to add that the breakfast has been improved and reasonable but there is still room for excellence. I would like to thank Miss Coco Zhang from the front desk for her excellent service and warm-hearted devotion to doing her work, You make our stay more pleasant indeed. We will be always stay at this hotel whenever we come to Wuhan.

I can’t recommend it enough! Even before my arrival, the staff went above and beyond to make sure I had a seamless experience. I reached out to them via WeChat with a few questions, and their response was prompt, friendly, and incredibly helpful. They provided all the information I needed and made me feel welcome even before stepping foot in the hotel. Upon arrival, the warm hospitality continued. The check-in process was smooth, and the hotel itself is beautifully maintained, with a modern yet cozy ambiance that made me feel right at home. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything I could need, including a comfortable bed. The location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions, shopping, and public transport. Overall, my experience at this hotel was outstanding. From the helpful communication before my stay to the incredible service throughout, I truly felt well taken care of. I will definitely be returning on my next visit to the area. Great place and weight next to the Metro station with just two stops to the centre of old Hankou and the pedestrianised street. Also just outside is Starbucks, and a shopping centre and I especially recommend the howler just outside sell the most delicious flat breads ever at just RMB3 each!! Our two bed room apartment was clean, well provisioned kitchen and perfect for us!

The room facilities are very new, with washing machine, projector, air conditioner, and desk. The window is quite large, which is convenient for drying clothes. The room we were given has plenty of sunlight in the afternoon. This is the best apartment I have stayed in so far. I was very surprised. The front desk service is super good. If I have any questions, I will send WeChat and they will reply immediately. I couldn't find the location when I checked in online, and they came to pick me up. The room is very clean and the air is good. I am willing to come again. Recommended

It snowed heavily on the day we went and the water pipe burst, so the water didn't come until 9pm. The hot water was not very hot and I was shivering from the cold after taking a shower the next morning. The air conditioner is above the bed. When I entered the room, I found a lot of black and dirty stuff on the quilt cover. Later, the waiter came and replaced the quilt cover with a new one. The front desk staff was very enthusiastic, kept apologizing, and also gave me calendars and coffee. There are not many varieties of breakfast, but it has everything you need.

The room was well-equipped and spacious. But the most important thing about accommodation is sleep. Living on the 25th floor, I could hear the drums from the bar every night in the early morning. I don't know what's so good about it all day long. It's played during the day. There were also construction teams. The sound insulation was so poor that I couldn't sleep at all. I closed all the windows as soon as I entered the room. Later, maybe the aunt came in to clean and opened the windows again. I didn't expect anyone to open the windows, so we were still tortured by the construction team at two in the morning! It was deafening! It felt like it was drilling next to my ears! Later I found that the window was open. I was really impressed.

The hotel located next to the shopping mall and opposite to the river. Nice place to walk and chill. Moreover, the metro station is next to the hotel in front of Starbucks. It was neat and clean hotel and well equipped. We where traveling with our two dogs and this hotel is fully dog friendly. However, covered parking is not provided and there is no EV charging at the hotel parking but there is some in the shopping mall parking next to it. Parking charges 5rmb per hour or 30rmb or night. The only issue with the room was its narrow staircase to access the second floor.
