Very good facilities, swimming pool until 10pm. Direct access to beach. Good view straight to East so can see sunrise. Sgi good service even raya they serve us nicely. However, night time vibe changes alot. Some weird thing happend. Baby cry very loud and my niece even stand in front of the window. So need to take note if you are sensitive towards those thing need to consider. But will thinking of repeat again.

This place is brand new place, all facilities are new and well maintained. Check in process is smooth, just go to your designated tower, show ur unit no to security & he will show you where to collect access card. swimming pool is heated pool, got huge trampoline for kids at tower C..arcade room, bowling room. Arghhh!! Just come please! Have a wonderful short escape to beautiful place + freezing cold weather 🥶 tak menyesal! Bonus if you could come on non-peak seasons!

Feedback: very clean, comfy, cozy place to stay, price reasonable, valuable and worth it, quite a good place to chill with nice view here, just a little suggestion, can provide bed sheet for the extra mattress, or maybe we can't find it, but overall is satisfying, keep going on maintaining such a wonderful homestay! If U expected easy checkin, please remind to update the deposit request from Cobnb. As family of 4, I did not expected some driver didnot the area, even Towers A, B or others. The proeblem is not amenities, 2 bathroom shared the hot water boiler that's enough for 2 person but need to boil more 30mins for another bath arae. In additions, the drainage smell disgusting through the whole living room from kitchen to balcony. When U wet the floor, not enough exhaust fan, unless U open the window brew cool air inside. How can new residence area, drainage is so badly built. The best service are the mechanic staff came up 2100, turn our WiFi TV and show us the elextric stove. When guests self help, to key box, the guard verify thr guest ID, photo to What's APp that's open for assistance during first evening. If U want to use, diabilty wheelchair, pls notify the resisdnex staff for help. Other breadfast and lunch easily taken Sky avenue, Skystation, or visit the Outlet mid-level. Be careful if U hire a driver bec the highland driveway is very very dangerous over rainy season. Don't try small car, even U got less luggage. Lastly, if theme park, shopping, eating not rightly suitable I would skip these tourist spot bec Hotel facilities is very, far under our expectation

Anyone looking for a place to stay in Kuantan, please stay here! The view from the room is incredibly beautiful. Besides the view, the room itself is also lovely and well-maintained. It's fully equipped with everything you need: a microwave, filtered water, iron, TV, study desk, water heater, and more. The bathroom is spacious, there are plenty of pillows, and even an extra blanket and mattress. They even provide a prayer mat, prayer garments (telekung), and a Qibla direction indicator – truly amazing! I haven't found this level of amenity in any other homestay or Airbnb. The pool is also very nice. The management is excellent, and the security staff are friendly and approachable, always smiling even when guests ask a lot of questions 😂. Overall, the stay was comfortable with a nice environment and pleasant view. The unit is modern, clean, and well-designed, making it a relaxing place to stay. The living area and bedroom were cozy, and everything felt quite new. The unit comes with 2 bathrooms (with shower) and 1 additional toilet, which is very convenient for groups. Basic amenities like shampoo and bathroom sets were provided. One downside was the jacuzzi, which takes quite a long time to heat up. We had to wait until the next morning for the water to become properly hot, so it’s not suitable if you plan to use it immediately. There are a few F&B outlets downstairs, making it easy to get food nearby. The parking fee was confusing — we were charged RM20 even though the signboard showed RM10. We parked around 2:30 PM and checked out at 10 AM the next day, so clearer pricing would help. Another issue was transport. It was not convenient — we tried booking Grab for about 10 minutes, but no drivers accepted our ride from Antara to First World. Overall: Comfortable stay with good environment and facilities, but improvements needed for jacuzzi heating, parking clarity, and transport accessibility.

The homestay was beautiful, and the moment we opened the balcony, we were greeted with a stunning sea view. We arrived in the afternoon, and the tide was low at that time. We saw some tourists walking along the beach, so we joined them for a stroll. On the next day, just before checking out, we noticed that the tide had come in, and we even saw fishing boats heading out to sea. We were very satisfied with our stay.
