I had a great stay at Paxtonz Premium Suites! The unit was very clean and well-maintained, making for a very comfortable experience. The location is extremely convenient, having a Village Grocer in the building just opposite is a huge plus for grabbing essentials or a quick meal. One thing to note is that the cellphone reception can be a bit weak inside the unit. However, the provided Wi-Fi was stable and fast, which easily bridged the gap for calls and data. Aside from that, I had no issues at all. The water pressure in the shower was also quite good, which is always a big plus for me! Overall, a smooth and pleasant stay. Would definitely recommend it!

The room was very clean, and the online concierge was super friendly. Check-in was a breeze. There's a shopping mall right downstairs, which was really convenient for shopping, and a night market street where we got to experience the most authentic local culture. It's about a 20-minute drive to the airport, and a taxi costs around 30MB, making it perfect for a layover.

The facilities are pretty good overall. It would be even better if there was a rug in the bathroom. Generally, the experience was great; it's a quiet environment, perfect for relaxation.

The room floor was damp, and there was an unpleasant smell similar to a toilet odor and steam smell. In addition, no hot water jug was provided, and the television remote control not have These issues significantly affected my comfort during the stay. I hope the management can take immediate action to address and improve these matters.

Location is good, hextar mall just right infront, had a good sleep for 3 nights, have plenty parking. the only issue is the cleaness. The floor is wet and smelly, ithink they didnt change the mop, once i enter the room is very smelly

Returning to Johor Bahru from my hometown in North Malaysia during Chinese New Year, I made a stop in Kuala Lumpur and stayed at this hotel, which is integrated with a mall for shopping and entertainment. Dining and shopping were very convenient. My main reason for choosing it was the newly opened ski experience center.

everything was good, cheaper apartment ever, only got for rm89 on weekends, but not all the time got that price😆😆two room for rm89 was insane 🤩 clean and easy to deal, sadly parking not included 🥺sorry don't have pictures

This is my third time choosing the Maplehome suite. So far, everything has been very satisfying. The suite is perfect for families with many children like mine. It's also really close to the mall for Eid shopping. Will definitely repeat next time.

generally the stay was okay apart from the fact that our shower was clogged which flooded the whole toilet everytime we showered and it wouldn’t dry fully overnight. also, only 1 parking lot was reserved for an entire unit that was supposed to host 6 people which made it quite inconvenient as we were expected to pay for hourly parking downstairs since we needed more than 1 lot. we contacted the customer service to ask for an extra parking lot, to which they gave us no room for discussion and mentioned that the spare lot that they had was reserved for another customer. however, for the entire duration that we were living there, there was no other cars parked in the other lot. felt that communication from the customer service could’ve been better rather than shutting us down since there was actually an extra parking lot that was not used.
