all good 👍🏼. room is really clean, provided amenities is sufficient. a smooth process di front desk. btw need help to improve toilet, a bit smelly & it is uncomfortable to sleep in queen bed that came with 2 singles bed attached together , can feel the hard bed frame in the middle of bed.

Honestly, the stay was good for the price we paid. There were a few things we think that need improvement on. 1) 6 lifts were almost perpetually full. We stayed on the #16 and it was impossible for us to enter the lift to go to the carpark. We had to take the lift up then we get to go to the carpark. Especially during check out timing. 2) better signage to locate the building 3) room is well equipped but no tissue box & room slippers provided. We love the service! Their service was superb & fast response even in the middle of the night. Requested to change new bedsheets , no questions asked n fast response to get a service staff to get my bedsheet changed within 10mins. Asked for a convenient stall nearby. Their first answer was there is no convenient stall nearby. But after abt 1hr , customer service text to tell me that there's a new convenient stall that will launch the next day. So nice of her to update me. Aircon & water heater works great! 😊 Thanks so much for the stay ☺️

Its a pleasure staying here located next to DPulze shopping center mall which easy to do what u want food movies or else. Room was ok quite spacious and have kitchen. provided with kitchen appliance. Easy parking per day is rm5. It also comes with roof top swimming pool. Overall satisfied with this stay. My only complaint is the room is not perfectly clean, i can barely see dust at specific area and another thing is im not requested house keeping when im going out, but after coming back my room was completely has been tidy up luckily there's no valuables things was missing at that time. Till Next time will come again because of hospitality of this hotel was so good.

I was worried that the grab driver wouldn’t find the location based on previous reviews but it was quite easy for him. They have a convenience store that opened yesterday On the ground floor. Laundry services are not yet available but there is a laundry place nearby. Highly recommended.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, which made the stay comfortable. One of the best parts is that the hotel is located near several nice food shops, making it convenient to find good meals. The staff were friendly and went the extra mile by offering breakfast to a young boy, which showed their thoughtfulness. Additionally, they allowed me a one-hour late check-out since I had a meeting outside, which I really appreciated. Overall, a great experience with excellent service and convenience. I would definitely stay here again.

The location is about 15 minutes by car however it is very difficult to find a cab in the early morning. The security guard who checked us in helped us to reserve a car service. However the driver completed forgot the next morning. It was 5 a.m. Fortunately an Airbnb host saw us and offer us a ride for a reasonable fee. The room and property itself was fine. There are restaurants near by. The pool was nice as well.

everything is good. the place near to setia city mall. the price is affordable and suit w the unit. the view also nice since i got the the top floor. the unit also clean and we love it so much. it would be nice if owner provide iron and hairdryer. the tv also work very well. unfortunately we have some trouble to find the place since it's very complicated. maybe owner can improve it by making video how to reach there instead of giving pics only. thanks!

Kinda surprise seeing a Signature property in Puchong. I can say overall experience is fantastic. I am very particular on certain aspects and they nail it. I was greeted by Aina at about 3pm with my room key all ready (yes, a key but not a big deal). Standard Studio room on level 7 is as described and pictured. Huge, spacious, tidy, clean and everything is new. There is even a personalized welcome note with 2 candies. What a brilliant way of welcoming! Face, hand and bath towels ready with the normal complete amenities (toothbrush & paste is included). 2 air-conds, one in living and bed area. In house Astro tv. Car park is complimentary limited to only 1 vehicle to a room. Tap in with TnG card, debit or credit card (minimum amount is necessary for successful entry as RM3 will be pre-auth), validate prior exiting. There is a gym on level 8 but no pool. Hotel restaurant is just across the street serving all day menu. Many choices of eatieries within driving distance.

Super big. They have a duplex unit. Only the tv cannot be watched due tp no coverage. Unit was clean upon arrival. We went for a pool dipping, the pool was big and my baby enjoyed the swimming session. Connected to mall and many local eateries

This is our second time staying at Ascot Somerset. Extremely convenient to commute around and plenty of good food across the road especially the Hokkien Mee at the end to the right. The roast duck at the same stall is definitely not to be missed with its tender and juicy meat. I bought one full duck for myr78 to bring home to Spore to share with the family. Highly recommended.

The accommodation conditions are OK, but I feel that the sheets are not changed. There are no basic facilities such as toothbrush and toothpaste. There is no mineral water, which is not a good point. Because the supermarket here is not open yet, it is not convenient to buy water. The TV is relatively large, so those who like to watch TV in bed can come and try it.

It's essentially Airbnb style apartment though I booked through Trip. Self check in and out process which they gave clear and detailed instructions and the team was pretty responsive via WhatsApp. Note that they do not provide any disposable amenities so bring your own toothbrush/toothpaste. And own hairdryer too. They do provide hand soap, body wash and shampoo. We got a 2 bedroom apartment, which we realized was a duplex apartment only when we got here. So one of the rooms is upstairs where you'll need to go up 1.5 flights of stairs. Each room came with a queen sized double bed that was firm and 2 towels. The room above came with an ensuite bathroom inside the room, while for the ground floor room, the bathroom is outside the room. Bathroom was spacious with a standing shower. Our apartment was on the 25th floor that had a great view of the city, and you could see as far as Genting when the weather is good. The swimming pool at the rooftop was great too, odd shaped but on one side it's a full lap length, there's also a jacuzzi at one end.

Very good hotel, first time staying here, the room is big, the front desk is very warm and considerate. The breakfast in the morning is especially rich, there are a lot of them, I will come again next time, I can eat a lot of local specialties of Kuala Lumpur in the hotel.

Location wise. Just the service very weird. When arrived they ask me why use trip.com to book, check in took around 30mins. Bring us to see this see that. Actually we are adults and we rent before airbnb. You just need to provide guides. Dont need to go up see the room teach us open and get the key. So much extra things. If the check in can be simple abit then overall is very good. The room is spacious and comfortable.

A quest to check in, since they never sent us the pin code for the box, and the guard first sent us to block A. The room is clean, the mattress is a bit hard, there is an air conditioner and a fan, a Grab taxi to the airport costs 30+ ringgit. It's convenient to spend the night before the flight, but I seem to have forgotten my gift to my mother - a bracelet, and I don't have time to return, it's a shame(

We booked this as a 1 night stopover because of its close proximity to KLIA. Through Agoda. When our taxi arrived at what turned out to be the entrance to the apartment block he was as confused as us. No signs to say what it was. Apparently the apartment owners were supposed to send us details of location, apartment number and which box number located next to the security guard, our key was in. We only found this out after our taxi driver made enquiries with a security guard, who luckily for us supplied him with a phone number to ring. He then kindly called the number for us and found out the info we should have received prior to landing in Kuala Lumpur. Apparently the owner told him they didn’t send the info as they didn’t have any contact details for us. If that’s the case then Agoda are at fault as they had both my email and phone number. If we had had to make the call it would have cost us a fortune as we did not have a Malaysian SIM card as only there one night. So eventually we managed to locate the box with our key in then the security guard directed us to our allocated apartment. We passed several apartment doors that had metal grills on them. That tells you something about the apartments I think! We found out apartment and opened the door and we both just looked at each other. The dust on the low hanging light shade, over the dining table was absolutely thick with dust. There were cobwebs in most corners of the room. There were stains on the ceiling and walls. The wardrobe had a handle missing and the coffee table was marked all over. The bed looked grubby and when we checked there was no mattress protector either. The bathroom had stains along the back of the sink. The shower had a waist high window in it to outside without any privacy whatsoever. So although 11 floors up your upper body was visible to the surrounding roads. This window was open when we got there so we made the mistake of looking immediately outside the window and found used tampons, tissues, cigarette butts, plastic bottles, and a whole lot of other rubbish sitting just below the window ledge. We wanted to leave immediately. We could not have spent another hour in the apartment never mind a night. We couldn’t call the owner as the taxi driver still had the phone number. So we logged into the apartment WiFi and booked into a Holiday Inn which was just around the corner. We contacted Agoda after moving hotels to let them know the circumstances and why we had moved. They contacted the owner who refused to refund our money as we should have contacted them first so they could move us to another apartment. Why this apartment was available to let in the condition it was in is a mystery to me. GO THERE AT YOUR OWN PERIL

Room was spacious and facilities were great. There is a nice Australian cafe and a Thai restaurant below that serves good food at an affordable rates. My friends and I enjoyed the space and it was easy to get grab at the area too.

There are stains on the sheets that cannot be washed out. They are all for you to use. This is a B&B with a large space. It can accommodate two or three people without any problem. And the view from a high floor looks okay. Then what? It's just a special check-in, you need to find it step by step by yourself. There is really nothing to eat around here, but there is a refrigerator and a kitchen where you can cook your own meals. The hygiene of the toilet is average, not that it is very clean. And it is recommended to bring your own toiletries, because it is really average, especially the shampoo and shower are provided together. Used it, but then it didn’t work at all

The location is very close to the airport, there is also a small shopping mall downstairs, the location is still very good. There is also a TV in the room, and I watched ”Desperate” the night I stayed. 👀 You can overlook the Malaysian campus of Xiamen University 😂
