This is my first time staying in a fully self-service motel. The guest's name will be written on the sign at the door. Simple and clear x Facilities: Fully equipped with tableware, tea bags, microwave, and cups, all carefully prepared, but you need to bring your own slippers. This is the same in almost any hotel (in New Zealand) The mattress is super comfortable and supportive. Very good sleep. Hygiene: clean, spotless, satisfactory, cost-effective Environment: Quiet residential area. I saw a kitten in the morning. Neat, clean and bright Service: Although it is self-service, because I arrived very late at night, the owner left a light for me, which was very warm. Thank you also to Ctrip for your service. My phone card is a data card I bought but I couldn’t make calls. They helped me patiently communicate with the store and it was very timely!

The apartment was unable to move in after 8pm, and when we really couldn't get to the hotel before 8pm, the hotel asked us to arrive at the hotel before 10pm, but a late check-in fee of $30 would be charged. Said that if you still can't arrive before ten o'clock, there is no way to check in, and the room rate is non-refundable... So if you choose this hotel, you must be optimistic about the time! As for the room facilities, it is clean, and there are induction cookers, microwave ovens and tableware, so you can make simple meals by yourself

市中心八角廣場旁邊，陽台正對大教堂，景色無敵，去哪裡都很方便。室內佈置很温馨，有家的感覺，還提供了雞蛋、麪包、牛奶、現磨咖啡和酒，還有給孩子玩的各種桌面玩具，非常貼心！廚具齊備，我們在超市採購做了一頓晚餐，體驗很好！

It is a lakefront hotel, making it easy to enjoy a walk around Queenstown. Although the accommodation is older, it’s kept clean and tidy. The reception was a bit hard to find, so you need to drive slowly to avoid missing it. We were lucky enough to stay on a lower level, which meant fewer stairs to access our room. The only downside was some noise from next door—guests seemed to enjoy karaoke until midnight, which was a bit bothersome. Nonetheless, it’s a nice hotel to stay at for a family of five.

Excellent Apartment spacious, well-ventilated, and come equipped with essential amenities such as air conditioning or fans, clean linens, toiletries, and reliable Wi-Fi. The bed is comfortable, ensuring restful sleep. Common areas like the kitchen, living room, or garden are inviting and encourage relaxation or interaction.

The room is big, the location is a bit remote, it takes 5-10 minutes to drive to the lakeside in the center of Wanaka. The facilities are a bit old. Although it is called a resort, it feels a bit like a motel

Wonderful place to stay with family. Good washer and dryer. Rooftop is hard to access for older people but kids like it.

The landlord is very warm and thoughtful, the environment is good, live in the mountains, quiet, easy to buy things down the mountain, you can cook for yourself, very good
