Apartments in National Capital District, Papua New Guinea

I found the apartment is dirty on the first day and i didnt have access key due to bad door sensor and i tolled hotel more that 3 times but no one response to my complain, in addition there are no internet on the apartment for theses 7 days, moreover they prommesed me to pickup me to airport but no bus come to my appartment, i was about to miss my flight because of their appointment.

Due to safety concerns, public transportation and taxis are not an option in Port Moresby, and walking is also not feasible. However, this hotel is incredibly helpful; if you ask, they'll take guests to nearby supermarkets or tourist spots. This was a huge help for a solo traveler like me with no other means of transport. Thank you! The accommodation fees are also low, making this hotel highly recommended for those looking for an affordable solo trip.
