The kids had so much fun here! The pool is huge and spotless, the kids' playground is well-equipped, and the beach sand is soft and fine like flour. The room is spacious, and falling asleep to the sound of the waves was incredibly relaxing! This place is now on our must-return list!
Overall, I liked this hotel. The pools and facilities are excellent truly a highlight of the stay. The property is beautiful and, for Mũi Né, it’s a very good option.
However, check-in can take some time, especially if you don’t speak Vietnamese. We also had an issue with receiving a second key card. There were three of us in the room, but with only one card it was inconvenient, as the electricity, lights, and all room facilities work exclusively with the card. This meant we always had to move around together.
The hotel is located quite far from the main area and nightlife of Mũi Né, so it feels somewhat isolated. Bike rental is easily available nearby, and food delivery works well. There are not many shops within walking distance, but this wasn’t a problem for me since I rented a bike and drove into town.
I gave a low rating for cleanliness because our room was never cleaned during our entire stay. We stayed for four nights, and no housekeeping came. I contacted the administrator and asked at least for fresh towels, which we did receive, but cleaning itself was never offered.
Overall, a nice hotel with great facilities, but with some noticeable inconveniences. A solid 4 out of 5.
This hotel added a lot of color to my holiday! I lived in a Superior room with sea view, the room decoration was very interesting and the bed was large and comfortable. The bathroom was also very clean, the toiletries were not plastic packaging, very environmentally friendly! The breakfast was particularly rich and the taste was very good. Staff service attitude is first class, especially the waiter who helped me rent a motorcycle, very fast!
The room is very spacious and clean, with an antique feel and bamboo furniture that has a unique flavor. The water flow from the washbasin is small, and the drainage in the bathroom is slow, sometimes with water accumulation. There is a fan overhead, so laundry dries quickly. There is a new public kitchen with a gas stove, but I didn't use it because I found it a bit troublesome to ask the landlord to refill the bottled gas. There is a Mixue Ice City outside the alley, and opposite is Mui Ne Fishing Village Park Công viên Làng chài Mũi Né. The sunset view is beautiful, there are many barrel boats on the sea, and there are many freshly caught seafood on the beach, which can be brought back to the hotel to cook or asked to cook for you. The location is convenient. It takes about half an hour to walk north for about 2 kilometers to reach the city center, where restaurants and supermarkets are very convenient.

The room was smaller than I expected, and while there was no air conditioning, the fan kept it from getting too hot. I stayed for two nights and three days without any major inconveniences, and for the price, I'd probably stay somewhere else next time. It's about a 10-15 minute walk to the night market.
I enjoyed my stay; customer service responded to my requests very quickly.
The Mandala is like a small oasis in the middle of the desert, completely self-contained. There's running water and internet. The view was stunning.
Yes, there are some small details that some tourists point out, but we've been and stayed in many places, so we won't nitpick or find fault.
As for the food, the cafe needs more variety, but then again, this is Vietnam. Or maybe there's a wider selection in the supermarkets.
The prices are a bit high, of course, but then again, this is a tourist oasis; everyone needs to make a living. And what I disliked most was the constant wind that never let up for a minute. It was especially noticeable on the upper floors. But there's nothing I can do about it.
We stayed from 10.03 to 13.03.2025. A few days before arrival, the hotel administration wrote to us and we were able to get answers to all our questions. We were checked into the room earlier, at 12 o'clock. The room was on the 23rd floor with a swimming pool, which was cleaned and filled in front of us and the pool was filled for about 4 hours, officially check-in to the room is after 14:00, and the pool was completely filled only by 16:00, I would like to use all the amenities after check-in at 14:00. They took one passport as a deposit, which really bothered me. The room is for 4, but there were two cups and two glasses that stood by the sink in the shower, they did not bring additional ones upon request and offered to use the glasses from the shower. Breakfasts were paid for, but this was the first time we encountered such a concept - we were given food coupons - one dish from the menu per person per day in four restaurants to choose from, of which only two restaurants were open and there was only one menu for coupons - these are only three dishes worth 80,000 dongs each, drinks are not included in the meal, you can use the coupon at any time from 6 am to 8 pm. Therefore, there is no point in paying for food in this hotel. There is a choice of cafes and restaurants, yes, the price is higher than in the village of Muine, but not higher than in restaurants in other hotels. The room was good, all the amenities were there and a mini kitchen with an electric stove with one burner, a microwave oven and even a multicooker, a kettle. Water, tea, coffee were replenished every day. Cleaning in the room is superficial. On March 11th there was no light at 7 am and until 6 pm, no one warned in advance, even wifi did not work in the room. There was no compensation, in the evening one drink per person as a compliment. I was surprised by the working hours of the fitness center - from 9 am to 5 pm, the same schedule for the children's room, a children's room with a labyrinth, slides and balls, a good center, but paid, 1 hour 50,000 dongs per child without a parent, billiards and board games are paid. Carefully when booking a room, what is included in the price. We had the fitness center, swimming pools and children's water pool included. When visiting, they ask for a guest card and check the possibility of use. Beach towels are paid, we did not take them, we had our own. The pools are very beautiful, clean, at the pool bar, prices for cocktails start from 139,000 dongs. You can get to the beach by electric car, if included in the stay, or by elevator, but it does not always work. The distance from the buildings to the beach is decent. The beach itself is poorly maintained, there are no mattresses on the wooden sun loungers, the toilet is dirty. The picture before my eyes is not very good. Overall, the hotel is interesting, but boring, there is nothing nearby.

Very Good
GGuest UserThe apartment is nice , but you would like to clean up better and replace some elements (they are tired of time)
GGuest UserBefore I start. Let’s be clear, Apec Mandala Mui Ne is the main one that owns the buildings. However a bunch of “Condotels” use the Mandala name so “Mandala Breeze” is one of them.
The communication is spot on before the trip. If you use Zalo they message you there and tell you the things you need to know. Also throughout the trip, extremely responsive to any questions I had.
CHECK-IN
Messaged when arrived and a girl came with the key cards (not the typical check-in style). She showed us to the room and took pictures of our passports. Also, they needed to keep one of the passports for some reason. But got it back at the end.
FOOD:
The Mandala Bay restaurant was for sure the main one for decent food! There are “lower level” kinds of restaurants around that offer very affordable and yummy food. (Bay Restaurant would be about 1-1.5M VND per meal on average for family of 3-4. Whereas the other more affordable places cost about 500k VND totally).
AMENITIES:
Swimming pools to the max. Very nicely kept pools and a nice kids playing mini water park was great. All pools have kids pools connected so it’s very family oriented.
Didn’t get to check the gym out but looks good.
The beach is easily accessible via exiting the hotel and asking the guard to send the golf cart to take you down.
Beach is standard and nothing very special. Quite a lot of rubbish around and many crabs (which of course don’t need to worry about as they go down into their holes with any kind of movement from us.)
Beach water is a little clear and at this time of the year (May) the water is warm!
*Notable* - people were getting stung by what possibly are jelly fish. So, you just get lucky with that kind of thing.
KIDS ACTIVITIES:
They have a great kids play club. It costs extra and isn’t included in the hotel cost but it’s worth it. Unfortunately quite hot in there though!
Kids also have the water park for themselves and the water slide (although the slide might rip your swimsuit a little!)
*Notable* - Swimming Pools. If you are staying via one of the condotels then make sure the if your room includes the swimming pools, take the main key card pocket as you won’t be able to get towels to use or even use the pool as that is the part of the actual date you will check-out. The cards themselves have old dates and the lifeguards get confused and say you can’t use the pools so make sure you take the one that has the actual check-out date on it.
CHECK-OUT:
Simply message 30 minutes before the time and it will be ok. Very simple.
All in all it was a great time. A couple of miscommunication issues but that’s to be expected. No real need to go out of the complex as they have everything there.
MM.RomanchikA large hotel complex with swimming pools, a sauna, a hammam and its own infrastructure in the form of cafes, shops and coffee shops. Very convenient. Prices are slightly higher than in Mui Ne itself, but not critical. There is a private beach with sun loungers. The complex is located on a hill, you can go up to the reception directly on an escalator or an electric car. There is a private beach. The center of Mui Ne is about 20 km away. It is not convenient without a bike. With a bike, it is a pain to ride there) We stayed for 5 days. We really liked the room and the complex itself. Daily cleaning, a visit to the sauna was included in the price and the pools too. Beautiful view. Comfortable to sleep and you can't hear your neighbors. We had a good rest! The only thing is that when booking it was indicated that there was a mini kitchen, but in fact the stove did not work. We were unable to prepare a minimal breakfast. But for us it was not critical, we did not contact the staff about this.
GGuest UserFantastic place! Highly recommended!
The hotel feels brand new, with a stylish and well-designed interior. It’s located on a narrow street full of local cafes, restaurants, and bars - and just a short walk from the night market.
We really appreciated the check-in process. We were offered a hot artichoke tea upon arrival, and the staff explained everything clearly - where to get filtered water, how to change towels yourself, where to find bathroom essentials, and how to open the front gate after hours. They also shared a super helpful Google Maps list of recommended restaurants and attractions. You can rent a motorbike right at the hotel, which was super convenient! Plus, they offer free shoe dryers and bananas at the reception - small but lovely touches. There’s an elevator, and thankfully it doesn’t beep loudly at every floor (like in many places!).
We were also kindly upgraded from an economy room to a standard one - which included a small kitchen area with a sink, electric stove, cooking pot, dishes, and utensils. The room also had a writing desk, chairs, and a wide-screen TV.
Inside, everything was spotless and smelled fresh the entire time. The bed was comfortable, the water pressure in the shower was strong, and the bathroom mirror had built-in lighting. There was also a dehumidifier in the room, which kept the air fresh and completely free of mold or musty smells. Sound insulation was excellent - despite the busy street, we couldn’t hear any noise from outside.
The only minor downside (which applies to most hotels) is that you can sometimes hear loud guests in the hallway through the front door. Luckily, they didn’t stay noisy for long.
Overall, a wonderful stay - great location, clean rooms, thoughtful service, and excellent value!
GGuest UserThe apartment is tastefully decorated, with great lighting and ventilation. It's fully furnished, perfect for both work and vacation. It's conveniently located near the city center with easy access to transportation. There are plenty of great food options nearby. The morning sun on the balcony is incredibly pleasant.

JJacky ƯơngIt is the residential area of Mandala, it is not a traditional hotel. I had a great short stay here, the room is very clean and quiet. the water pressure in the shower room is also very good, the waiter took the initiative to call 3 hours in advance when driving there and reminded me that my vacation was ready, he also took me to the room very enthusiastically and warmly. he always answered my questions about the regional specialties in a timely manner. when checked out this man helped me carry my luggage to my car. I rate it much higher than a traditional 5 star hotel
GGuest UserThe hotel was so adorable! It truly felt like we were in a little fairy village. We arrived a little later in the evening, and the owner, who lives on site was very welcoming. My only downside to our stay was the bathroom. There is no shower curtain, so the water literally gets everywhere. I’m not sure if the smell of urine was coming from the drainage or if it was leaking somewhere from the toilet. Either way that was the only real issue we found. The beds are not very plush so be prepared. Also if you’re like me, and don’t want to leave your physical passport at the desk the entire stay, be prepared to pay 1M VND, to hold as security(you’ll get it back if you have no damages). I wasn’t prepared for that so it took me a little aback. All in all we absolutely enjoyed our stay and the location was perfect for us. On the day of our departure, the owner called a taxi for us, which saved us almost half of what GRAB was going to charge. If we ever return to Dalat, we would absolutely stay here again!
CCC RachelOur stay at this villa was truly exceptional! The host was an absolute delight - friendly and helpful. We loved the thoughtful welcome of fresh local fruit treats, which was a lovely surprise. The highlight of our stay was definitely the night campfire, where our host invited us to join in and enjoy baked sweet potatoes and made us feel like family. And of course the villa was immaculately clean and comfortable, with everything we needed within easy reach. We loved the convenient location and the villa's unique features, which added to our overall experience. The value for money was outstanding, and we would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Can't wait to come back!
@@dzenandreyNew hotel. More precisely not a hotel, but aparthotel. Apartment is new. Everything is clean, comfortable. I recorded a big rum tour, but it won't fit here. In terms of rest in privacy, this is a beautiful place on the first line. I went out in the sea from the morning and lay at the pool all day. There is a spa. But I wasn't there. At all three swimming pools are on the territory of the complex.
This is where all the entertainment ends. The building is 17 km from Muine. And if you don't have a bike, there's no chance you have a morning coffee in a sea view cafe. And there will be no. If you certainly don't ride to Muine every morning by taxi.
In general this is a place for privacy. After 10 p.m. here at all silence and darkness. There is some coffee shop on expensive, but I saw it only from a distance and it is not quite clear what to do there. Since around the desert ...y yes the most that there is no desert. For privacy is ideal.
