Premium Room
Had a wonderful stay, room is spacious, link to a mall sheltered. A junction away from Yodobashi Mall and Umeda Train station. The rooms are reasonably big. Love the bathroom. Separate beds are slightly bigger than single beds. Linens are luxurious high thread count. Room Flooring is semi wood and carpeted. Coffee and Tea are complimentary, comes with full set of in room requirements, ironing set, luxurious bathrobe, bar fridge, comfy bedroom slippers, safe, V Sassoon hair dryer, full bathing and vanity kit, toilet cubicle is separate by a door, bath tub is of good size, separate shower water pressure is fantastic. Motorised linen blinds, daily bottles of water Here’s my favourite: Facilities include 24hrs of fully equipped gym all machines including leg machines, bar and free weights, gym balls, foam rollers, treadmill, elliptical, bicycle etc. Use of Bathhouse and indoor swimming pool included as part of the booking. Spa facial and massage avail at a fee. Lounge area is great with nice matcha latte. Had buffet breakfast in the morning, sufficient variety. Lotsa fruits choices. Building is exclusive luxury. Initial check-in process can be better and less rigid. Pre-paid room type if unavailable, guests should be informed ahead prior to arrival. Somewhere between Trip.com and the hotel miscommunication should not affect the hotel guests traveling 12 hours to reach there. Director of rooms Mr Liam Wynn Williams saved the day. Thank you very much for your kind hospitality to resolve the issue.

1 King Junior Suite Living
Excellent hotel! We booked a suite and it was all hardwood floors, which was so clean and a godsend for someone like me who dislikes the smell of mold from carpets. The Michelin-starred French restaurant downstairs was also fantastic. Definitely worth staying here again.

The hotel isn't right in the heart of Umeda, but on the upside, it's much quieter. It's about a 10-minute walk to Hankyu and a 15-minute walk to Hanshin, which is totally acceptable. The room was really spacious for Osaka standards, and we had a very comfortable stay. There's also an amazing yakitori place nearby called Matsuri that's a must-try!

The InterContinental Osaka is, without a doubt, the best hotel I've ever stayed in when it comes to service. The housekeeping is virtually perfect; even the toiletries and skincare products on the bathroom counter are artfully arranged. The hotel's location is excellent – you step right out and start shopping. Plus, the rooms are incredibly spacious. A huge thumbs up!

Family Japanese-Western Style
Excellent location. Very close to the Nankai Electric Railway. Numerous restaurants nearby. Shopping malls such as Takashimaya, 0101, and the children's favorite, Aiden-O. Recommended for families with children. The roads are flat and wide, making it easy to push a stroller. The only drawbacks are: this time we were assigned a lower floor seat, so the children couldn't see the view from the window, which was disappointing; and the hotel doesn't have a restaurant.

Deluxe Twin
This is simply a wonderful apart-hotel. It's new, impeccably clean, beautiful, and very quiet and comfortable. My room had a large fridge-freezer and a microwave, big mugs and a carafe, which was incredibly convenient. On the ground floor, there's a tea and coffee area, along with several vending machines. There's also a relaxation area on the rooftop. The entire staff is very friendly. My luggage, which I sent via delivery service, was already waiting in my room upon arrival. They also offer luggage storage after check-out. Linens are changed every 3 days, but the trash was emptied daily.

Superior Twin
This hotel is a pleasant surprise! It's located right in the heart of Namba, just a 3-minute walk to Takashimaya and Namba Station, making it super convenient for dining, shopping, and transportation. The hotel's modern and minimalist dark gray facade, coupled with its golden '&' logo, makes it highly recognizable. Inside, the space is clean, tidy, and full of design flair, perfect for Instagram-worthy photos while also providing a relaxing atmosphere. The staff are friendly, and the check-in and check-out processes are efficient, with thoughtful touches evident everywhere. The soundproofing in the rooms is excellent, and the bedding is comfortable. While the rooms aren't huge, they are well-laid out and fully equipped. The in-room refrigerator is a large, double-door household model, and there's even a microwave. On the first floor, you'll find a laundry room and dryer, catering to all your daily travel needs. The hotel is reasonably priced. In a prime area like Namba, where space is at a premium, being able to enjoy such comfort and amenities at this price point offers outstanding value for money. I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Osaka.
