If you're planning your next holiday with the kids, look no further - London Town's got it all. From its thriving culture to football (or soccer to some), affordable theme parks, free museums, and robust transportation system, London's one of the few cities in the world that everyone can explore easily without breaking the bank.

Whether you're traveling around London for the day or a few, be sure to take advantage of the capital's extensive Tube system. The world's oldest underground system offers one of the simplest ways of getting around, stopping at major London attractions and railway stations. Up to 4 children aged 10 years and under get to travel with an adult who has a valid ticket on the Tube and bus, allowing families to save on transportation costs. Kids aged 11–17 get to enjoy 50% off adult fares on all bus and Tube rides.

If your London itinerary consists of visiting only the major attractions, Golden Tours and Big Bus Tours both offer 24–72-hour hop-on, hop-off bus passes.

In comparison to many cities, London fares fairly inexpensive for kids - many attractions tend to offer discounted rates and free admission for children. For the most budget-friendly way of visiting London with the family, consider getting a city/tourist pass. The London Pass and Go City London Explorer Pass offer access to a variety of popular London attractions and tours over a multiple-day period.

Arguably one of the most remarkable landmarks of the city, enjoy 360-degree views of the capital onboard the London Eye. Interactive touchscreen guides are fitted within each of the 32 high-tech glass capsules, allowing you to explore the capital's iconic landmarks in several languages.
