Wong Tai Sin Temple, also known as Sik Sik Yuen, is one of the famous temples in Hong Kong and was built in 1921. The main deity enshrined here is Huang Chuping, a Taoist immortal from the Eastern Jin Dynasty. In addition, the temple also enshrines Confucius and Guanyin of Confucianism and Buddhism. It is unique that one temple contains three religions. Wong Tai Sin Temple includes the main hall - the Great Hall, the Three Saints Hall, the Congxin Garden, a small garden, etc. The Nine Dragon Wall inside is modeled after the Nine Dragon Wall in the Forbidden City in Beijing and is very exquisite. This is also a temple where Taoist weddings can be held.

The Wong Tai Sin Temple in Hong Kong is a must-visit place of prayer when visiting Hong Kong. I took the subway from Tsim Sha Tsui to Wong Tai Sin Station. When I got out of the subway, I met an older staff member. I asked him how to get to Wong Tai Sin and he kindly gave me directions. There are many tour groups gathering at the gate, and no tickets are required. Following the signs, I found that the Wong Tai Sin Temple is not very big. Many devout pilgrims draw lots and pray for blessings. The lots are free to draw, but the interpretation is more expensive. If you don’t want to spend too much money, you can go online to have the lot interpreted.
Sham Shui Po is located in the northwest of Kowloon Peninsula in Hong Kong and is an area where industry and commerce were concentrated in the early days of Hong Kong. Tourists who come here will go to Apliu Street for a stroll. The old electrical appliance shops, antique shops and flea markets here often allow tourists to find satisfactory products. Although the scenic area is no longer as prosperous as before, industries such as textile and garment manufacturing, clothing, and non-staple food wholesale and retail are very developed, and the ancient streets are still bustling.

Mong Kok is located in the Yau Tsim Mong District, which is an early developed area in Kowloon. Together with Yau Ma Tei and Tsim Sha Tsui, it is also known as the Yau Tsim Mong District, forming the core area of the Kowloon Peninsula. This is one of the most densely populated areas in the world, and Nathan Road in the middle is extremely lively, with a concentration of shopping malls on one side and residential areas on the other. There are many distinctive blocks in Mong Kok, such as Goldfish Street, Bird Street, Sneakers Street, Ladies Street, Gun Street, Flower Street, and Electrical Appliance Street.

Mong Kok is a disappeared cape located in the western part of Kowloon, Hong Kong. It was formerly known as Cape Mong Kok. It is located in the northern part of Yau Tsim Mong District and is one of Hong Kong's famous tourist and shopping areas. Mong Kok is home to many old and new buildings; the ground floors of old residential buildings are mostly shops or restaurants. Taking Nathan Road as the boundary, shopping centers are concentrated in the east, while traditional livelihood activities are mainly concentrated in the west. Mong Kok was formerly known as Mang Kok. In ancient times, this place was overgrown with miscanthus and the terrain looked like an ox horn extending into the sea, so it was called Mang Kok Tsui. The nearby village was named Mang Kok Village. Mang Kok Village is mainly inhabited by Hakka villagers. Mong Kok Village was located near today's Bute Street, Tung Choi Street, Sai Yeung Choi Street and Fa Yuen Street, with its back against a small hill. The villagers made a living by growing vegetables (mainly watercress and water spinach), growing flowers, and raising pigs and chickens. Since 1860, when Mong Kok was ceded to Britain along with the Kowloon Peninsula, villagers began to transport the flowers, vegetables and livestock they grew to Hong Kong Island for sale. As they mostly took the Tanka people's boats to cross the sea, and the Tanka people at that time called "Mong" "Wang", the British called Mong Kok according to the Tanka people's accent. Around the early 1880s, Cape Lookout replaced Cape Mang as the place name. The government began using the term Mong Kok as a place name in the 1887 Gazette.
Yau Ma Tei Police Station is located at the junction of Canton Road and Public Street in Kowloon, Hong Kong. This Edwardian building has an off-white exterior wall with dark blue railings, arched glass windows and spiral staircases, forming a landmark landscape. As one of the oldest existing police station buildings in Hong Kong, the three-story main building is no longer in use, but the annex building on the west side still retains the function of a reporting center. The unique colonial-style arcades and cast-iron lampposts of the building complex have become a classic filming location for Hong Kong film and television works such as "Infernal Affairs".
Visitors can enjoy the entire building along Canton Road. The cast iron doorplate and granite steps at the main entrance are suitable for taking nostalgic photos. The arched corridor under the warm yellow light in the evening is particularly atmospheric. The police station is about a 5-minute walk from the MTR Yau Ma Tei Station. It is adjacent to the Temple Street Night Market and it is recommended to combine a visit with the night market experience. Please note that the interior of the main building is not open to the public, and please do not interfere with police work when filming at night.

Yau Ma Tei Police Station is an iconic historical building in Hong Kong and a popular check-in destination for Hong Kong drama fans. This Edwardian building is not only famous for its gorgeous design that highlights the authority of the police force, but is also famous for its appearance in more than 90% of police and gangster films. Although it is no longer used as a police station, it is still a reporting center where you can visit and take photos outside and experience the unique Hong Kong flavor. The blue-gray exterior and traditional columned porch of the police station make people feel as if they have traveled back in time to those classic Hong Kong movie scenes.
Chungking Mansions is a complex of five connected buildings located in Tsim Sha Tsui. It enjoys a prime location with densely populated cheap hotels, shops, restaurants and other service industries where a wide variety of goods can be purchased. It is also a place that reflects the multicultural characteristics of Hong Kong. The reason why Chungking Mansions is so familiar to us is because of Wong Kar-wai's "Chungking Express". People come here to experience the entanglements and confusions of urban people as portrayed in the movie.

There are many restaurants in the Chongqing Building. Paul's kitchen is very good. The dishes are exquisitely presented, and the suckling pig and pineapple pudding are delicious. However, once you enter the building, many overly enthusiastic Indians will surround you and try to pull you into their stores, which can be a bit scary.
• The charming sea view and night view make it a must-see for tourists visiting Hong Kong
• Take a cruise to enjoy the Victoria Harbour from a different perspective
• You can also enjoy the large-scale light and music show in the beautiful night view

△ After dark, the lights of thousands of houses shine brightly, and the night view of Victoria Harbour is ranked among the "three major night views in the world" along with Hakodate and Naples.

△ The large-scale light show "A Symphony of Lights" performed at 8 o'clock every night in Victoria Harbour is worth looking forward to. More than 40 buildings emit colorful and vibrant lights in coordination with rhythmic music, which is dazzling.

△ On the eve of New Year’s Day and the second night of the Lunar New Year, a grand fireworks display is held on Victoria Harbour. High-rise buildings on both sides of the strait will also participate in the display, making the night sky particularly dazzling. Causeway Bay is the main commercial and entertainment center in the area. There are many large department stores and shopping malls here, including: Sogo, Times Square, Lee Theatre Plaza and World Trade Center. Causeway Bay shopping district is a very lively retail commercial area. Causeway Bay originally referred to the bay and its eastern coast which is now Victoria Park. It was named because the coastline there resembles a causeway. The former coastline is located at today's Causeway Bay Road. Causeway Bay was formerly known as Salt Ship Bay. In the 18th century, the Dai family built the "Salt Ship Bay Red Incense Burner Temple" on the east coast of the bay, which is today's Causeway Bay Tin Hau Temple.

Causeway Bay is located in Wan Chai District, Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and is the main commercial and entertainment venue in Hong Kong, China. There are many large department stores and shopping malls in the area, including: Sogo Department Store, Times Square, Lee Theatre Plaza and World Trade Center. The Causeway Bay shopping district is also the most expensive area in the world for rent. Causeway Bay (formerly known as East Point) is located west of the central north shore of Hong Kong Island and is the main commercial and entertainment venues in Hong Kong. There are many duplicate place names of Causeway Bay in Hong Kong, but most of them refer to Causeway Bay located on Hong Kong Island; another Causeway Bay (English: Tung Lo Wan) is located in Shatin, New Territories. Causeway Bay on Hong Kong Island is located east of Wan Chai and west of North Point, spanning the Wan Chai District and the Eastern District: from the Tsing Fung Street Flyover in the east to the Canal Road Flyover (Goose Neck Bridge) in the west. Among them, the Hong Kong Cross-Harbour Tunnel, Victoria Park, MTR Tin Hau Station, Jardine Noonday Gun, Queen's College and Hong Kong Central Library are located in the Eastern District of Causeway Bay (Tin Hau or the end of Causeway Bay). Causeway Bay originally referred to the bay and its eastern shore which is now Victoria Park. It got its name because the coastline there resembles a gong. The former coastline was located on Causeway Bay Road. Causeway Bay was formerly known as Salt Ship Bay. In the 18th century, the Dai family built the "Salt Ship Bay Red Incense Burner Temple" on the east coast of the bay, which is the Causeway Bay Tin Hau Temple. The location now generally known as Causeway Bay was originally called East Cape, meaning a cape to the east of Victoria City. East Point is located approximately between the current Victoria Park and Percival Street, near East Point Road. In the mid-19th century, Causeway Bay was the headquarters of the British company Jardine Matheson. At that time, Jardine Matheson had a warehouse in East Point and a sugar factory near present-day Sugar Street, which is the former site of the Hong Kong Mint. At the end of the 19th century, as it was inconvenient to travel between the east and west of Hong Kong Island, one had to take a detour or take a boat through Causeway Bay, so a seawall connecting the bay was built, which is today's Causeway Road. This is also the origin of Causeway Bay’s English name, “Causeway Bay”. In the 1950s, a large-scale reclamation project was carried out in Causeway Bay to fill in the bay. Part of the land was used to build traffic arteries, and part of it became today's Victoria Park. Kellett Island was also connected to the mainland from then on. In 1960, Japanese department store Daimaru opened on Great George Street in Causeway Bay. With the construction of the first cross-harbour tunnel, its Hong Kong Island exit was located in Causeway Bay. As a result, many Japanese department stores opened in Causeway Bay, making Causeway Bay a major shopping center on Hong Kong Island. Due to the opening of the Eastern Harbour Tunnel, Causeway Bay also became a major window to East Kowloon and New Territories East. During its heyday in the mid-1980s, there were four Japanese department stores in Causeway Bay: Daimaru, Matsuzakaya, Mitsukoshi and Sogo. Entering the 1990s, Japanese department stores either closed down or changed hands and were replaced by shopping malls. The original Hong Kong Tramway depot in Causeway Bay was rebuilt into Times Square; the Lee Theatre on Percival Street was demolished in 1992 as the Causeway Bay Magistracy, an ancient building with a strong colonial flavor.

The Hong Kong government headquarters, the Legislative Council Building, and the former Governor's House (now known as Government House) are also located here. Founded in 1925, the Palace Museum is a large comprehensive museum built on the basis of the Forbidden City and its collections of the Ming and Qing dynasties. It is also the largest and most intact ancient palace complex in the world, with a collection of more than 1.86 million pieces of cultural relics.
When you enter the Forbidden City, you can see exquisite patterns everywhere, whether on the eaves, walls, doors and windows of the palace buildings, or in the furniture, utensils and clothing displayed in the exhibition halls. Chinese people use patterns of various forms and rich meanings to decorate their daily lives, reflecting their love and respect for nature and life, bringing together the essence of traditional craftsmanship, and interpreting their persistent pursuit of beautiful things. The patterns carry the Chinese people's inherited aesthetic taste and cultural spirit, and continue to influence people's lives today.
This exhibition is themed "Pattern of the Forbidden City". By extracting patterns from palace architecture, ceramics, and embroidery, and combining them with innovative digital technology, it presents the cultural connotations behind the patterns. Let us explore the diversity and wonder of the Forbidden City patterns in the digital world and feel the endless charm of China's excellent traditional culture.
The exhibition is co-organized by the Hong Kong Palace Museum and the Palace Museum, and sponsored by the Institute of Public Welfare and Charity.
