Bijia Mountain, located about 7 kilometers north of Qingyuan City, is a pristine ecological tourist area known for outdoor adventures like mountaineering, rock climbing, and especially canyon rafting and stream tracing. The forested mountains are laced with clear streams, offering exciting activities such as floating boats, iron rope slides, suspension bridges, and ladder climbs.

The Qiangu Creek Adventure spans 3.5 kilometers and was naturally formed over millions of years by spring water erosion. With unique rock formations, deep pools, and nine-tier waterfalls—including the 208-meter-high Jiuchong Waterfall—the landscape is both breathtaking and invigorating. The surrounding cliffs and peaks make the scene feel almost otherworldly.

Visitors can wander bamboo forests, hike to the "ladder to heaven," and explore the serene Qinglong Lake. Just 3.8 kilometers from Qingyuan City, the scenic area is easy to access and packed with attractions, including canyon rafting, alpine and sightseeing cable cars, the famous Tianmen Suspension Glass Bridge, 7D cinema, a science museum, and the Huangteng Eighteen Waterfalls.

Longtou Village is located in Tanbu Town, Huadu District, Guangzhou. It features nearly 200 well-preserved blue brick buildings from the Ming and Qing dynasties, including ancestral halls, study rooms, academies, as well as watchtowers and historic gates. The village has over 20 ancient alleys, and iconic landmarks like the Shengping Rensheng Archway—a tribute granted by Emperor Qianlong—and the Qingyun Bridge.

Recognized as one of the first 27 ancient villages in Guangdong in 2008 and later listed among Guangzhou’s top ten characteristic streets in 2010, Longtou is one of the province’s largest and best-preserved traditional villages. As you stroll through the village, you'll find intricate wood and brick carvings on buildings that reflect centuries of history and culture.

Dongtian Wonderland, also known as Chuantian Rock, is located 2 kilometers west of Jiulong Town and is a highlight of the Yingxi Peak Forest Corridor. The area features a stunning natural cave, the clear waters of Huanghua Creek, and an ancient village that feels like a hidden paradise.

This wonderland combines tiankeng (sinkholes) and karst cave landscapes, with interconnected pits and caverns. The caves are home to lush greenery and vividly lit stalactites of various shapes, creating a colorful, otherworldly scene. Visitors can even explore by boat, gliding through the illuminated underground chambers.

Inside the cave, rock formations rise like bamboo shoots—some shaped like a tortoise, a dragon drinking water, or a group of dragons playing with pearls. The most iconic formation is the "Guanyin Blessing", a naturally shaped figure resembling the Bodhisattva standing gracefully on a cliff, offering protection to visitors.

You can stroll along a suspended glass plank road for panoramic views of steep cliffs and flowing streams, or gaze up at the sky through natural cenotes. Between the boat rides and scenic walkways, Dongtian Wonderland offers a magical escape into nature’s artistry.

Lianzhou Underground River is located 26 kilometers northeast of Lianzhou City, nestled among the mountains where Guangdong, Guangxi, and Hunan meet. It's a massive natural limestone cave featuring a subtropical karst landscape, and is known as Guangdong’s No. 1 underground river for its mysterious cave formations and underground streams.

The scenic area includes both land and water zones—with winding passages, dramatic stalactites, bridges, waterfalls, and rivers all hidden within the cave. The cave covers 100,000 square meters, with 60,000 open to visitors. The upper floors feature tall rock halls and the large Fairy Field Square, while the third level houses the tranquil underground river stretching 1,500 meters beneath the mountain.

Inside, you'll find formations like “A Golden Rooster Announces the Dawn,” “Flying Elephant Crossing the River,” and the “Pavilion of Flowers and Birds.” The temperature stays between 18–22°C all year, making it a cool retreat in summer. Visitors can enjoy a guided walking tour, followed by a 40-minute boat ride through narrow passages and glowing rock chambers.

Jinzi Mountain Original Ecological Tourism Scenic Area is well-known in Qingyuan. The main peak, Jinzi Mountain, has a dangerous terrain, lush trees along the way, small bridges and flowing water, as well as steep ladders, which are very distinctive.

Jinzi Mountain is about 1,417 meters above sea level and is known as the "dangerous peak in Lingnan". It takes about 2.5-3 hours to reach the top and about 1.5 hours to go down the mountain. The road is full of lush greenery, with strange peaks and rocks, ancient trees, valleys, and bamboo forests to admire. The glass plank road suspended thousands of meters above the ground is both thrilling and can bring tourists a full sense of conquest.

The moment you reach the top of the mountain, you can see the beautiful scenery of the distant peaks. Looking out over the scenery of the border towns of three provinces from afar, one feels as if one is standing on the top of a mountain, overlooking all the other mountains. There is often wisps of light mist after the rain in winter and spring, as if you are in a sea of ​​clouds; if it snows in midwinter and early spring, the entire Jinzi Mountain will become a snowfield, becoming a new highlight for off-season travel.
