Qiaomei noodle restaurant is said to be one of the best restaurants for Wonton in Guangzhou. Mr. Cai Wei is a Hong Kong foodie and writer, he praised the Wubao wonton noodles, claiming: “Go to Guangzhou for food, just go there!” There are three conditions that make a superior bowl of wonton noodles: first is the noodles, they must be prepared on a raised bamboo surface; second is the wonton, it needs to be 70% pork meat and 30% pork fat, using egg yolk paste to keep the flavor.
