Picking up and returning the car at the airport was incredibly convenient. As soon as we landed, a staff member called and met us at the gate. They even helped push our luggage, which was helpful as I was traveling with my elderly mother who needed assistance walking. The staff were very helpful and the service was excellent. The rental car was clean and new, and we encountered no problems whatsoever.

I received the car exactly as I had booked. It's a new car with low mileage. There's no counter at Nakhon Phanom Airport, but the staff provided excellent service. They called to make an appointment and arrived on time to pick up and drop off the car. They provided clear explanations. Overall, it was very good.

I chose another car model but got another one. Even though it said it was similar or had similar/same features, I still couldn't help but be disappointed. I chose it based on the model and picture. If it didn't match, there should have been a notification that if the car I reserved was not ready, at least the customer could choose whether to continue or stop. I reserved for 3 days and 2 nights. On the last day, the car shook and a light came on the screen. I was very disappointed because the farthest I drove was from the city to Phra That Phanom. The rest of the time, I parked in the hotel lot. There is a car deposit, which must be deducted via credit card (I saw that it was stated that it must be credit only), not cash. Therefore, I had to wait for the deposit amount, another 25-30 days as stated when I returned the car. I was worried that if there was a problem with the car after driving it back, would it be deducted? I'm very resigned to it. I recommend adding more money and choosing a good car. If you have a choice, this is too little consideration.
