The car's condition was acceptable, although there was some minor rust due to the coastal location and significant moisture damage. However, all other functions and features were normal. Since the rental company wasn't located at the airport, you had to take the airport bus to the city center and then walk to the rental location. The rental process was relatively quick, but no one was home when I arrived. I needed to call the manager, but I didn't have a local phone number, so I had to ask someone else to help me. I suggest Trip.com add a VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) feature to their rental service, similar to the VoIP offered in hotels.
