Reasonable price, easy to locate the office and parking bay at airport, friendly staff, convenient return, release pre-deposit of AUD 500 within 2 business days and no extra charge at return.
Recommendation: Complete pre check-in for faster & smoother pick-up. Booked compact SUV KIA Stonic which they do not have their fleet and provided MG ZS which is less fuel efficient & less torque, resulted hard to climb & accelerate in hilly areas. Call center never pick-up my phone during rental period.

The car rental experience was not exactly what I initially expected. I had hoped to receive a Toyota RAV4, but upon arrival at the pickup counter, I was informed that the booking condition was “Toyota RAV4 or similar.” The staff at the SIXT counter explained that if I specifically wanted a Toyota RAV4, I would need to pay a small additional fee, and the available option would be a Toyota RAV4 Hybrid, which actually matched my original preference.
I asked to see and sit in both the initially offered vehicle and the Toyota RAV4 Hybrid. The staff kindly showed me both cars, and after comparing them, I decided to choose the Toyota RAV4 Hybrid and agreed to pay the extra charge.
The pickup and drop-off locations were very convenient, which made the process smooth.
The condition of the car was generally good and acceptable.
Overall, while the experience did not fully meet my initial expectations, the service was helpful and the final vehicle choice met my needs.

We flew to the airport, let the rental guy know, he came and picked us up, 5 minutes and we arrived at the office, quickly filled out the paperwork, we had full insurance purchased from trip.com, so there was no deductible or deposit, the car was clean, 90k mileage, drove without problems, we rented a GM SUV, everything was great, the guys from the rental company were in touch, we drove for 4 days, returned the car and took us to the airport, I recommend
