I booked my 4‑day Volkswagen rental through Trip.com and everything went smoothly. Alamo’s shuttle from the airport to the rental centre was quick and easy to find. The car itself was very comfortable and easy to drive. Check‑in and check‑out were fast, and the service was genuinely nice. Great experience overall.

The car was new and clean, having only driven about 28,000 kilometers when I picked it up. Because it was a new car, the equipment was very advanced, so even with the manual transmission, it would take some time for the elderly to get used to it. But overall, the driving experience was excellent.
