The car was easy to pick up, thanks to the professionalism of the operators at the reception desk, and the person who delivered the car to the parking lot. When returning it, he initially verbally complained that a "tip" of diesel was missing, according to him the float was not indicating the full tank. Despite telling me several times that I had just done it, and to go to a petrol station, he did not want to move. Only when I showed him the receipt for the diesel filled 5 minutes earlier and the diesel leaking from the filler neck did he become convinced. I asked if I had to sign anything before leaving, his answer was no. I received an email where he complained about my absence at the check-in (I think he meant at the return) and with a photo of a scratch on the left rearview mirror. Honestly, I did not hit anything, not even with the mirror. But I say this because I feel bad when a customer who does not take out comprehensive insurance ends up paying for damages not caused by him.
