The vehicle was in excellent condition, and although I opted for the no-deductible option, the staff thoroughly showed me the exterior condition. Since the contract included an ETC card, I assumed it would be in the car, so it was a bit disappointing that I only realized it wasn't there later.

I was lucky enough to get a brand new car. The car performed well and was very fuel-efficient. As soon as I got off the plane, I went straight to the service counter where a staff member who spoke Chinese helped me call the rental company to arrange pick-up. There were five of us with four suitcases, and the space was ample. It was really convenient. I'll definitely rent from the same company again next time because it's just so convenient.
