Thank you for the free upgrade. We had 7 people and 4 suitcases. We had to pay over 5000 RMB for parking at the airport because we arrived too late. Also, there was no refund for returning the car a day early, and a one-way rental incurred an additional 5000 RMB. I highly recommend renting an ETC (Electronic Toll Collection) car; it's very convenient, and they will provide an ETC receipt. Finally, you can pay by credit card when returning the car, leaving a clear record.

The service was great, the customer service was prompt, and the assistance we requested when returning the car was satisfactory. Although the car was a little old, it was in good condition and the air conditioning was very cool. However, it is recommended to bring your own windshield sunshade when renting a car in summer. It will make a big difference if you open it when getting off and then getting on (I forgot this time...). The windshield insulation paper may not be strong enough, and it was still very sunny while driving. Remember to prepare sunglasses. Overall, it was a good experience and I would consider renting again.
