So you must call the rep (wearing a green jacket!) and meet outside at the parking lot which is ab 50-100 m from the Exit Gate 2 for paper work n pickup. The level of fuel isn't F2F as it wd normally be n this iis a bit tricky when returning it. So, take a photo of the fuel level, but I in anyway filled up more than what was required...hahaha as a charity!!!

I originally rented a Myvi, but upgraded it to a Suzuki. It has some cosmetic flaws, but they don't affect its functionality. The air conditioning is plenty cold, and the space is nice. The owner is very talkative and humorous, and he's very hands-on. He speaks Cantonese and contacted me immediately upon arrival. The car was delivered to Gate 1 in two minutes, and he provided a lot of useful information. The return process was also very smooth. Highly recommended.
