Upon receiving the vehicle, they informed us that they might deduct a cleaning fee because of smoke found inside the car, even though we hadn't smoked there. They claimed there was ash on the center console and outside the driver's side door. I'm attaching pictures of the center console and the door. It's a rather ridiculous excuse; if they deduct anything because of this, I will file a significant complaint. What does ash scattered on the outside of the car have to do with anything? There wasn't any inside either; we even cleaned the floor mats before handing it over.

The car condition was good. Car was not the one I Intially booked. Was given and recommended another type but with additional charges. The sales service staff in Amsterdam was patient and helpful. The only setback was the pickup of the car was a little far. With our luggage. it was abit tiring to get to the car 10 -15 mins walk away. The drop off in Vienna was better as the sales office was at the basement carpark in the same location. Overall experience was not too bad.
