The car was in excellent condition and the service was good, but walking over 900 metres from the Auckland ferry terminal to collect it was quite a slog – mostly uphill. Dragging a suitcase along would be absolutely exhausting. So, do remember: under no circumstances should you drag a suitcase to collect the car! 😅😅 That said, Auckland and the North Island are indeed splendid in their own right. While they may not boast as many attractions as Queenstown on the South Island, they offer distinct landscapes, each with its own unique charm. They are well worth exploring by car. The children thoroughly enjoyed it.😄😄😄

I booked this car specifically after reading the reviews, and it was absolutely amazing value! While the car isn't new, it's in great condition, with a smooth throttle and easy handling. It has parking sensors in the front, a radar and camera in the rear, and even a phone holder and charger! I'm incredibly satisfied! 👍 Especially since the entire conversation was in Chinese, they were very friendly and forthcoming with every question. The most commendable thing was the driving safety information they provided from the moment we met at the airport. It was incredibly practical, and along the way, they even shared some real-life examples to remind us how to drive safely. It was incredibly helpful. I kept remembering to make small left turns and large right turns throughout the entire trip. 🤣 The delivery and return of the car were also very quick, truly excellent. 👍 Highly recommended.👍
