The pick-up office is located in the airport terminal. We immediately collected the vehicle after completing our online ReadyPass (we entered our online pickup information). There's no additional insurance requirement; it's your choice. We left a deposit. We were given a free upgrade. We were given a Suzuki Vitara hybrid. The vehicle was in excellent condition, a 2022 model. We were very pleased. We had a minor battery problem. We called Enterprise. Despite rush hour traffic in Skopje, they arrived within 25 minutes and took us to the airport (a common occurrence for any vehicle). We couldn't fill the tank because we left the car on the road. They filled the tank later and sent us the receipt without any additional charges. Our deposit was refunded within 2-3 days. We were very pleased. Apart from a small mishap, the battery drain is a perfectly normal occurrence. We thank Enterprise for their great care. We also thank Trip.com. I recommend it to everyone. We had no problems.

The car was very good, the only problem was that they gave me a similar car instead of the one we rented, but the car they gave me was very good, I was satisfied, I did not have any problems with receiving and returning it. They put a block on my credit card as a deposit, but they reopen it on the second day, so you can rent with peace of mind without any problems.
