They immediately stepped in, fixed the date issue on the spot, and handled everything with patience and professionalism.
Not only did they sort out the mistake Trip.com made, they even upgraded me to an automatic without any hassle. On top of that, they arranged a free airport drop‑off, which was such an unexpected and genuinely thoughtful gesture.
The staff went way above and beyond — friendly, proactive, and clearly committed to making sure I didn’t lose time or stress over something that wasn’t my fault. This level of customer service is rare, and it genuinely made my trip smoother and more enjoyable.
