Pick up car and inspect before proceeding. Took pictures and confirm with the employee about visible past marks before confirming. Upon returning they did not try to scam me with those past mark and return was smooth.. employee even asked how was my trip. So overall good customer service and will no doubt get their service when I return to jeju.

Overall, I'm quite satisfied. It's good. For this electric vehicle rental, I recommend buying the all-you-can-eat electric card, as many charging stations don't accept overseas credit cards. I charged it 5 times in 7 days and rode 900km, which was worthwhile.
