I was happy with the condition of the car and the service when picking up the car. However, you have to ask questions to get more clarity about the car pick-up procedure and to make sure you are not getting extra charged for anything, as I was booking this rental through a 3rd party site Trip.com. The pickup experience and overall use of the car were good. However, the return process was disappointing. The representative provided almost no communication and barely inspected the vehicle. I only discovered after receiving the final receipt that I had been charged for fuel, even though the representative never asked about the gas level during drop‑off.
I had proof that the tank was not full when I originally picked up the vehicle. I had to go back to the front desk to confirm there were no extra charges, only to find out I had been billed for fuel and needed to dispute it with the service representative. This caused unnecessary inconvenience and wasted time—something that could hav
