Car was awesome!! Premium sedan. Comfortable, clean, with good gas mileage. Service during pick up and drop off at Minneapolis airport was terrible—unlike the great service we’ve had with Avis in the past. We happened to drop someone off at the airport hours before we returned the car, but the gps logged us as returning the car with a half tank of gas and a huge gas bill added to our bill, even though we returned it later with a full tank. Something that wouldn’t have happened if there was staff available upon drop off.

Pick up was alright, staff seemed a bit uninterested but that didn't bother me. Car was in great condition. Turning it back in was as easy as driving it in to the parking, leave the keys in the car and you're all set.
