Pick-up and drop-off is so easy no need to wait in line. It’s not that expensive compared with quality and convenience. I have no problem even i have so many conditions, like I’m 23yo, no credit card and no national license. In MCO branch we can use just our license from our country, have Eng translation, shows with our passport. And deposit 500$ by debit card. The car that they gave me was a good car.

When I made the reservation, it showed “economy SUV” and photos of an SUV. But when I arrived at Budget, they told me that what I booked was actually priced as a regular sedan and that “economy SUV” doesn’t exist. I ended up having to pay extra on the spot to upgrade to an SUV. Next time, I’m not trusting travel websites — I’ll compare prices directly with the rental car companies.
