We arrived on time, but there was only one staff member at the counter, so we waited for about half an hour (another staff member came along, otherwise the wait would have been even longer). The staff member was very friendly and enthusiastic. Since we had already upgraded our insurance, he only tried to sell us a vehicle upgrade (he offered a discount) and highway toll payment service (not worth it, we bought Sunpass ourselves). In the end, we only upgraded our vehicle and got a very new and clean car. The only downside was that this model didn't have a built-in navigation system and had to be connected to a mobile app.

Easy pick up and drop off. I took out extra insurance cover so no up-sell at pick up. I was issued a Subaru Crosstrek instead of having the choice. I wouldn’t have chose this car as it was more like a hatchback than an SUV.
