5.0After booking, I contacted Trip.com customer service, hoping to stay on the same floor as my friend so we could eat and play together. The rooms were next to each other, thank you for the arrangement! The Chinese food and buffet were both plentiful and delicious. The gym and sunbathing area weren't crowded at all. Every theater performance was excellent. Although the stopover in Nyaung was short, the trip was truly enjoyable. Thank you Trip.com and Star Cruises!!! 🙏🙏🙏

4.0Although the ship is almost 30 years old and still a small 7.7wt vessel, there aren't as many recreational facilities. Overall, the interior decor and facilities are relatively new, which doesn't affect the experience. Onboard entertainment is somewhat boring, but the shows and activities are quite good. The food is particularly good, basically covering all Southeast Asian cuisines, with a different Southeast Asian country's style each day. Moreover, the food at Dream Cruises is always excellent. I never encountered queues in either the main dining room or the buffet restaurant (this might be because there are fewer people on transit cruises). Overall, the atmosphere on board is quite pleasant. Boarding and disembarkation are also quick; it only took 30 minutes from the pier to my room.

5.0Overall, it's a very good restaurant. Because there are queues, it's not as chaotic as on IDA Cruises ships. Yes. All three restaurants have queues, so once you get in, you just need to eat. Unlike IDA, where you have to fight for a seat, this puts it far ahead of IDA Cruises. I really don't understand what IDA's management is thinking, why they can have restaurants without queues.

5.0This cruise was incredibly enjoyable. Although the cruise ship was small and a bit old, and over 80% of the passengers were middle-aged or elderly, both the shore excursions and onboard entertainment were pleasant and relaxing. The complimentary restaurants on board offered set meals and buffets, both of which were quite good. The cruise ship accommodations were hassle-free, and the shore excursions were plentiful and well-organized, with quick and smooth disembarkation and embarkation. The cruise price was reasonable and affordable. Plus, the fact that we disembarked and embarked in Hong Kong allowed us to visit Hong Kong as well. Overall, it was a satisfying trip, and I would definitely choose a cruise ship again next time.

5.0My first cruise trip was great! I chose an ocean-view cabin, which was clean, tidy, and well-equipped with bottled water, a kettle, a hairdryer, and plenty of charging ports. There were three complimentary restaurants, all quite good. If you go early, it won't be too crowded. I highly recommend the Polaris restaurant; you can even use your credits to order lobster! The ship had many staff members who were very friendly and attentive. When we arrived at Ishigaki Island, we took the cruise's shore excursion, which included a glass-bottom boat ride in Kabira Bay and shopping at Aeon Mall – a great experience! In Naha, we had free time to explore Kokusai Street and do some shopping. Overall, it was a fantastic trip! Thank you!

4.0This was my first cruise, and I went with my parents. On the first day, we were delayed by two hours due to weather, and there was no early boarding service for balcony cabins. This meant that all passengers were crammed together for meals, and there were long queues at all the restaurants. On the last day, balcony cabins were offered early disembarkation. The staff on board were very polite, greeting everyone as they passed by. They answered questions patiently and thoroughly, and tried their best to accommodate requests. The balcony cabin was smaller than I expected. With the sofa bed down, there was no aisle, and the bathroom was also quite cramped. The balcony size was okay, though. It basically met my booking requirements. The food was neither particularly good nor bad. The complimentary restaurant offered unlimited meals, and we were quite full. The programs were mostly geared towards families with children, with fewer programs aimed at younger passengers. The only thing that impressed me was the toiletries provided. Since I couldn't find the same products, I emailed Star Cruises customer service. I received a reply within about a day. Although I learned they were only for cabins, the response was very professional and courteous. The weather wasn't great this time at sea; it was cloudy the whole time. We didn't see the sunrise or sunset, and we also missed the perfect full moon – a spectacle we could have witnessed.

4.0First time taking star voyage. The embarkation process was smooth and fast, and the food was great (comparable to Dream Cruise). However, the soundproofing in my room was not very good, as I could hear noises from the neighbouring room and may be due to the location of my room cabin. The shows and entertainment wise is ok as per expected. Overall 4.2/5.0

5.0This was my first cruise experience, and I chose the Satr Voyager because of its perfect itinerary: departing from Singapore, with shore excursions to Ho Chi Minh City and Nha Trang, and finally arriving in Hong Kong. The five-night, six-day trip was just the right length! Choosing a Palace Suite was a top choice for families with children, as both the complimentary Wi-Fi per person and the restaurant selection were well worth it! The cruise ship is medium to large, a bit older, but well-maintained. The staff were warm and attentive, and the Palace Butler made all the arrangements hassle-free! The restaurants were all quite good, offering Chinese, Japanese, Western, and buffet options—there's sure to be something for everyone!
