5.0The tips are too much; my credit card is charging $34 a day. And the waiters still ask for tips.

5.0The Ruby Princess cruise ship boasts comprehensive facilities and impeccable service, making guests feel right at home. Having previously sailed on Mediterranean and Scandinavian cruises, I feel that while the Princess isn't particularly large (110,000 tons), its service is even better than that of the 220,000-ton Glory, offering a very personal and welcoming experience. I would definitely choose to sail on the Princess again in the future.

3.0The cruise ship service was first-class, with warm, polite, and attentive staff, and the entire cruise itinerary was arranged smoothly. However, the ship needed maintenance and renovation, and the cabins were outdated. The ship experienced mechanical failure on its first day at sea.

3.0Princess Cruises' quality has declined somewhat in many aspects since the pandemic, especially the food in several main restaurants. The bathrooms on the Ruby are smaller than those on the Emerald Princess, which I've also cruised on; the showers were almost impossible to turn around in, and I wonder how many overweight American passengers manage to shower. The customer service staff at Ctrip's cruise department worked very hard and did a lot to ensure a smooth trip, for which I am very grateful. This time, I boarded the ship independently in the US through Ctrip. Princess Cruises' services, from booking to onboard operations, are mostly in English, which caused great inconvenience for Chinese travelers choosing independent cruise travel. This included boarding time reservations, baggage handling, onboard information, and port tours. If Ctrip wants to develop its independent cruise travel business, it should try to understand all the details and collect more information about various cruise lines to provide convenience for tourists. Cruise routes are generally fixed, and onboard information and port tours are basically the same; collecting this information, translating it, and providing it to tourists for reference should be feasible. The above suggestions are for your reference.

5.0Overall, the itinerary was very relaxing, with plenty of activities on the cruise ship, beautiful scenery along the way, and we even saw the aurora borealis. The driver and guide service was also very thoughtful and attentive, making it a great travel experience.

5.0The Ruby Princess cruise ship is actually one of the Princess Cruises ships. It boasts comprehensive facilities, commendable service, and a wide variety of activities. However, the buffet wasn't as good as I expected; there wasn't a single shrimp or crab leg. The pastries were nice. Chinese-speaking staff are available on board.

5.0My first cruise was great, both the shore excursions and the cruise itself were well-organized. I saw lots of wildlife, including humpback whales, killer whales, and black bears...

5.0The most romantic thing to do in 2018 was to board the Ruby Princess cruise ship to Alaska to experience the magnificence of ancient glaciers, capture the moment whales surface, and chase the breathtaking aurora borealis. The Ruby Princess cruise ship offered excellent service, distinctive and varied dining options every day, clean and comfortable accommodations, and a wide array of exciting entertainment activities, making each day a unique experience. It truly deserves its reputation as a five-star hotel on wheels.
