1. To ensure you're able to access these benefits:
Step 1: Simply update your profile to ensure that your name and date of birth match your passport.
Step 2: If you've already updated your profile, you're all set. However, please note that if you choose not to share your information, you might miss out on certain membership benefits.

2. Trip Coins rules adjustment - Higher Tier now earn more
We've made some changes to the amount of Trip Coins our members can earn in each membership tier. We've also updated the amount you'll receive on different types of bookings. See the tables below for details:

3. Admin fee adjustments for train refunds
