The 10k Ruck, a challenging loop, will begin at 12 PM, with participants carrying a prescribed weight based on their body weight. For those looking for a scalable option, there are intermediate routes available, including a 5k Ruck or a 1-mile walk/run. Additionally, you can join Mission48 Miles and walk one mile with Denise from the M48 road team or run/jog one mile with Kelsey's Dad, Todd. Mission48 is an inspiring initiative led by Kelsey Lensman, who will be completing 48 fitness competitions in 48 states in just 48 days, aiming to inspire girls and women to step out of their comfort zone and build self-confidence. Mission48 also supports ROX, a charity that empowers young girls through self-confidence, body image, and leadership programs.
