Mississauga
Cultural Experiences
An ode to discovery. A self-love letter to the life you want to live. An experience that you didn't think you needed. Being Here. As part of our cleansing ritual before your healing experience, sage will be provided to all participants upon entering the space. Influence your mood with essential oils blends created by BodyFood Inc. to elevate your sound bath experience. You will rest comfortably and allow the vibrations of crystal bowls, a spirit drum, singing bowls, and other instruments to move through your mind and body offering awareness, insights, and healing wherever it is needed. This experience will bring synchronization and balance back to your body and energetic system. One of the primary benefits of soundbowl healing is its ability to reduce stress and promote relaxation. The soothing sound of the singing bowls can help to calm the mind and relax the body, allowing individuals to let go of tension and enter a state of deep relaxation. This can be particularly beneficial for individuals who struggle with anxiety or stress, as it can help regulate the nervous system and bring a sense of balance and peace to the mind. Soundbowl healing is also thought to have physical benefits, including improved sleep, reduced chronic pain, and increased immune function. Some people find that the therapy helps them to relax and sleep more soundly, while others report that it can help reduce chronic pain and promote overall physical well-being. Overall, soundbowl healing is a powerful tool for promoting well-being and improving mental health. Whether you are seeking to reduce stress, improve focus, or find a sense of inner peace, singing bowl therapy may be worth exploring as a complement to traditional treatment approaches. NOTE: ATTENDEES MUST REGISTER FOR TICKETS, THIS IS NOT A DROP-IN CLASS. WHAT TO BRING: We recommend that participants bring a mat to ensure their comfort. Bringing a pillow and blanket is also encouraged for an even more relaxing experience. BEFORE THE EVENT: We recommend increasing your water intake pre & post-soundbath session.
