Adventure Awaits - Join our summer Forest School for unforgettable days of exploration and adventure! With hands on activities and play! Let your child discover the magic of the outdoor environment while building confidence, curiosity and make lifelong friendships. Run by a qualified and dedicated pair of Forest School leaders. "Our aim is to give hands on experiences which allows children to take risks and develop skills that they can use again and again!" Our drop off service forest sdchool is perfect for parents wanting a couple of hours to themselves, whilst your child is looked after by qualified, fully insured and DBS checked staff! Our sessions are located in the woodland just down from Canolfan Dyffryn and behind the Beach! Drop off and Pick up will be outside the Dyffryn Centre, and sessions will last 1hr 45mins! We will be running 3 sessions a day. These are 9.30am to 11.15am - 3-6 years 11.45am to 1.30pm - 7-10 years 2pm - 3.45pm - 10 - 13 years Snacks will be provided on the day during the sessions, we do ask that your child brings with them a drink! Please dress your child with appropriate clothing according to what the weather is doing! We do ask that they wear trousers to the session and closed shoes due to using tools, nettles, brambles and other plants! Please be aware that our fabulous Welsh weather is a little unpredictable, so be aware that if there is high winds, sessions may be cancelled or postponed!
