Musikalische Exequien von Heinrich Schütz Die Musikalischen Exequien von Heinrich Schütz erklingen am 24.11.2024 um 17 Uhr mit SängerInnen der Evangelischen Kantorei Babelsberg und Solisten: Anne Krauß und Aina Kaiser – Sopran, Stefanie Hubert – Alt, Ulrich Plückhahn u. Friedrich Ehmendörfer - Tenor, Andreas Flämig – Bass, Orgel: Christian Deichstetter unter Leitung: Sonja Ehmendörfer in der Friedrichskirche am Weberplatz in 14482 Potsdam Babelsberg Schütz komponierte die Exequien 1635/36 anlässlich des Todes seines Landesherren Heinrich Posthumus Reuß. Der Fürst hatte zu seinen Lebzeiten eine Sammlung von Bibelversen und Liedtexten zusammengestellt, mit denen sein Sarg beschrieftet werden sollte. Über diese trostreiche Textsammlung hat Schütz den ersten Teil der Exequien in sechsstimmigem Satz für Chor und Soli komponiert, gefolgt von einer 8-stimmigen doppelchörigen Motette Herr wenn ich nur dich habe im 2. Annette freut sich Euch schon einen Tag nach der Eröffnung in die Welt der geometrischen Abstraktion zu entführen. Lasst Euch nicht abschrecken vom etwas theoretisch klingendem Titel – es wird hochinteressant, farbstark und voller Spannung! Zu Beginn des 20. Jahrhunderts erlebte die Malerei einen tiefgreifenden Wandel. Künstler wollten nicht mehr das Sichtbare wiedergeben. Sie strebten nach einer neuen Bildsprache, die den künstlerischen Ausdruck auf das Zusammenspiel von Farben, Linien und Flächen reduzierte. Die Geometrische Abstraktion sah diese Elemente als visuelle Sprache, die die moderne Welt widerspiegelt und nationale Grenzen überschreitet. Kosmos Kandinsky. Geometrische Abstraktion im 20.
