The 2025 MEQ's Recruiting Combine will be held on March 20th at the Indiana Convention Center and is open to any high school age player, regardless if they are participating in the MEQ tourney or not. Please Note - Female Players Only! The MEQ Recruiting Combine will have two waves to choose from (6:00 to 7:30 p.m. and 7:30 to 9:00 p.m. - Indianapolis local time) and will be promoted to every NCAA Division I team in the country. In addition, we will promote the Combine to every NCAA Division II, Division III, NAIA and Junior College Volleyball in the greater Midwest Region! **The MEQ Recruiting Combine has sold out the last 7 years - 60+ Colleges attend annually!** The Player's name will be on a registered list, and at Combine check in, each player will be given a bib #, so college coaches can easily match player and contact information - Players should wear normal volleyball practice gear (no need to wear uniforms or shirts with a number on them). Volleyball players will be divided by position and graduation year to allow attending college coaches to efficiently evaluate them. Multiple courts will be used at the Indiana CC, with each court having a court coach , to allow players to showcase their skills sets to the college coaches. The court coaches will put the players through volleyball drills within their specific positions, along with combining positions to illustrate group skill sets. Parents are not allowed into the Combine, per the request of the college coaches - This allows the players to focus on skills and the college coaches to focus on evaluations. If you pass So Chatti, loop around the building at FACE Animal and get to where you haed north on Brookside Ave. In this workshop our instructor/s will guide you through studio basics in safety and process and then give a demonstration on the hot glass furnace-worked piece you will be making. You will then have the opportunity to gather molten glass from a 2100-degree furnace. You will get to choose your colors and sculpt molten glass into a beautiful and unique creation of your own. Your creation will have to cool down slowly overnight and will be available to pick up a couple of days later. The studio can get hot, so please dress accordingly. T-shirts and blue jeans work well, along with closed toed shoes. No synthetic clothing!! NO leggings!! If you have a personal pair of safety glasses or prescription glasses, please bring them. Otherwise, we have some to lend out in the studio. You must be 10 years of age or older to participate.
